Abstract

TECHNICAL FIELD EXHIBITOR ORGANIZER STAND

The following descriptive report of the present application relates to the creation of an enamel organizer trolley, with the function of organizing the bottles in an optimized way, allowing the fast color localization and its removal from the trolley for use, combining mobility facilitated by the caster system applied; staggered and elliptical arrangement of the vials, leaving the user facing the surface of the vial with label and color, plus a handle for horizontal movement and vertical displacement.

STATE OF ART

DONADA (2002) document BR 8.203.005-7 describes a cart subsidized by various mounts that provide a robust construction, giving the object bold and innovative design; being specially developed to facilitate the transport and handling of objects and / or products allocated therein such as cosmetics, especially nail polish which are supported by the upper amount; designed by lightweight, easily exchangeable plastic parts that make it easy to assemble and choose the size of cart you want; that is, it is possible to mount a higher or lower cart, such as more nail polish holders and / or more trays, with more or less space between them, according to the peculiar need.

LUAN (2007) describes in BR 8.702.228-1 an exhibitor and auxiliary car for beauty salons (manicure and pedicure). Comprised of firm base material such as steel, brass, glass, polycarbonate, etc. positioned vertically in the form of lightning, wire or thin plates to fit the products to be demonstrated (eg enamel) fixed at the ends, in the first quadrant of the casting, having as main difference the possibility of leaving the products stuck by the lid, Being removed only with a slight inclination to the side, it also has lateral castings whose main function is the dragging of the device and bearings that assist in the movement of the exhibitor, having also support base for various products in the dorsal part.

DISCUSSION

The cart proposed by DONADA consists of three stackable plastic trays containing casters. These trays are rectangular and have no internal divisions or bins for placing the nail polish.

The LUAN display is a curved plate containing holes where the enamel bottles are placed. This exhibitor cannot be called a nail polish stand.

PROPOSAL

Thus, due to the considerations pertaining to the state of the art discussed above, it is one of the purposes of the present application to create a nail polish display stand having the following characteristics:

- polymeric materials used in the manufacture of injection components and processes;

- presents optimization in the assembly process and versatility for different capacities (varying the number of shelves, the possibility of new product sizes) by the concept of modularity of the nail polish shelves, setting pioneering for this product; - ability to safely pack any type of enamel currently available on the market regardless of the physical dimensions of the packaging;

- harmonize aesthetics and production viability;

- Alternative use of the same as a nail polish display due to the excellent external visualization of the products accommodated on the shelves (the nail polishes are on display facilitating the visualization and allowing the customer to choose them);

- Best cost / benefit equation perceived by the target audience.

The components are injected, no further finishing is required even though they can receive special paints. The finishes of these components are free of burrs, warps and other problems commonly encountered in other materials that require post processing, and textures, polishes and fit precision are homogeneous in that they are always manufactured from the same die (mold). The handle - the only metallic component - is a round tubular profile and can be chrome or painted finished, and can be steel or aluminum.

DESCRIPTION
