COMPOSIÇÃO DE PROCATALISADOR, COMPOSIÇÃO CATALÍTICA E PROCESSO PARA PRODUZIR UM POLÍMERO A BASE DE OLEFINAS A presente divulgação provê és teres de silila e és teres de diol silila apropriados como doadores internos de elétrons em procatalisadores para produção de polímeros. Divulgam-se composições de procatalisadores formados a partir de um precursor de procatalisador e um doador interno de elétrons que é um éster de silila ou um éster de diol silila. As composições de procatalisadores podem ser usadas com um co-catalisador e opcionalmente com um doador de elétrons externos e/ou com um agente limitador de atividade para formar urna composição de catalisador Ziegler-Natta. As presentes composições catalíticas exibem elevada a tividade catalítica e formarn polímeros a base de olefinas com ampla distribuição de pesos moleculares, módulo de flexão favorável, e elevada isotaticidade.PROCATALYST COMPOSITION, CATALYTIC COMPOSITION AND PROCESS FOR PRODUCING AN OLEFIN-BASED POLYMER The present disclosure provides silyl esters and diol silyl esters suitable as internal electron donors in procatalysts for producing polymers. Procatalyst compositions formed from a procatalyst precursor and an internal electron donor which is a silyl ester or a silyl diol ester are disclosed. The procatalyst compositions can be used with a cocatalyst and optionally with an external electron donor and/or an activity limiting agent to form a Ziegler-Natta catalyst composition. The present catalytic compositions exhibit high catalytic activity and form olefin-based polymers with broad molecular weight distribution, favorable flexural modulus, and high isotacticity.
