aparelho para aplicar estimulação direcionada na ou adjacente à base da grande do pênis, e, método para conferir tolerância a um pênis de estimulação. a presente invenção relaciona-se a um aparelho (1) para aplicar estimulação direcionada a ou adjacente à base da área da glande (5) do pênis (2), onde o aparelho compreende uma porção de contato com uma primeira superfície de contato (3) que se ajusta substancialmente ao perfil longitudional do pênis, sendo que a porção de contato tem ainda uma segunda superfície de contato (4), elevada, em uso, internamente à primeira superfície de contato no direção do pênis, para projetar, quando em uso, um acoplamento positivo com a área na ou adjacente à base da glande do pênis.
