Abstract
PROCESSO DE PRODUÇÃO, COMPÓSITOS, SISTEMA E DISPOSITIVOS MÉDICO-VETERINÁRIOS BIO-ATIVOS, BIOINTEGRAVEIS, CONDUTORES, INDUTORES TECIDUAIS PARA FIXAÇÃO, REPARO, RECONSTRUÇÃO, REMODELAÇÃO, PLASTIAS INTRA, SUPRA TECIDUAIS E/OU TOTAIS, PERMANENTES, BIOLÓGICA E FISIOLOGICAMENTE BIOCOMPATÍVEIS. Onde o elemento principal dos compósitos usados na confecção são materiais fosfo-cálcicos nano estruturados, e principalmente a biocerâmica bifásica micro macro porosa de HA/TCP, de acordo com a patente PI 9104220-8, e PI 0602372-O A2, "Processo de obtenção de material biocerâmico e implante de complexo morfogenético ósseo" e "Processo de preparação de compósitos em base de biocerâmicas e polímeros biodegradáveis, contendo antibióticos e angiotensina (1-7), sendo os referidos dispositivos um novo desenvolvimento inovador e novo estado da arte do objeto descrito naquelas patentes, apresentando enormes vantagens, com propriedades condutoras e indutoras para usos na neoformação tecidual, reconstrução, remodelação, plastias, manutenção de espaços anatômicos, reconstruções articulares, inter corpóreas e extra corpóreas sobre os atuais, com total biointegração, sem necessidade de retirada pós-implantação pela sua composição com mixação de substâncias poliméricas naturais e/ou sintéticas, e/ou cimentantes de fosfatos de cálcio reabsorvíveis ou não, com sinergia daquelas vantagens, eliminação de desvantagens em razão das variadas formas de apresentação, composição, estruturas físicas arquitetônicas, porosidades, plasticidades, resistências mecânicas, flexibilidade, moldabilidade, modelabilidade específicas ou não, fazendo parte do complexo monogenético pela capacidade de suportar a osteogênese e condrogênese em relação aos tecidos músculo-esqueléticos, caracterizando-se por dispositivos protéticos implantáveis, reconstrutores definitivos sem necessidade de serem retirados pela incorporação, biocompatibilidade, biointegração pela bioatividade inter-faces, facilidade de aplicação, logística, armazenamento, transporte e melhores relações custo/beneficio, risco/benefício entre outras e total possibilidade de universalização, podendo ser formados intra e extra corporeamente, produzidos em série ou de forma personalizada, para perfeita adaptação e incorporação, principalmente em razão das estruturas físicas/arquitetônicas e fases químicas, dando condição local para reparo tecidual, principalmente pelas propriedades de suportar a condução e gênese tecidual.PRODUCTION PROCESS, COMPOSITES, SYSTEM AND MEDICAL AND VETERINARY DEVICES BIO-ACTIVE, BIOINTEGRABLE, CONDUCTORS, TISSUE INDUCTORS FOR FIXING, REPAIR, RECONSTRUCTION, REMODELING, INTRA, SUPRA TISSUE AND/OR TOTAL, PERMANENT, BIOLOGICAL AND PHYSIOLOGICALLY BIOCOMPATIBLE PLASTICS. Where the main element of the composites used in the manufacture are nanostructured phospho-calcium materials, and mainly the HA/TCP micro macro porous biphasic bioceramic, according to patent PI 9104220-8, and PI 0602372-O A2, "Process of obtainment of bioceramic material and implantation of bone morphogenetic complex" and "Process of preparation of composites based on bioceramics and biodegradable polymers, containing antibiotics and angiotensin (1-7), the referred devices being a new innovative development and new state of the art of object described in those patents, presenting enormous advantages, with conducting and inducing properties for uses in tissue neoformation, reconstruction, remodeling, plasties, maintenance of anatomical spaces, joint reconstructions, intercorporeal and extracorporeal over the current ones, with total biointegration, without the need for post-implantation removal due to its composition with a mixture of natural and/or synthetic polymeric substances, and/or u cementitious calcium phosphates, resorbable or not, with synergy of those advantages, elimination of disadvantages due to the various forms of presentation, composition, architectural physical structures, porosity, plasticity, mechanical resistance, flexibility, moldability, specific or not modelability, being part of of the monogenetic complex for its ability to support osteogenesis and chondrogenesis in relation to musculoskeletal tissues, characterized by implantable prosthetic devices, definitive reconstructors without the need to be removed by incorporation, biocompatibility, biointegration by bioactivity interfaces, ease of application, logistics, storage, transport and better cost/benefit, risk/benefit ratios, among others, and total possibility of universalization, being able to be formed intra and extra corporeally, produced in series or in a personalized way, for perfect adaptation and incorporation, mainly in due to the physical/architectural structures and chemical phases, providing local conditions for tissue repair, mainly due to the properties of supporting tissue conduction and genesis.
