Abstract

PINOS FLEXÍVEIS PARA ENGRENAGENS HELICOIDAIS. A presente invenção refere-se a um pino flexível para um sistema de engrenagens helicoidais. Um realinhamento de contrabalanço igual e oposto ao desalinhamento causado pelo momento de giro em excesso e outras forças de engrenagem é criado, sem adicionar componentes ou superficies de desgaste. Nos elementos de pino, uma ou mais seções transversais diferentes ou variáveis, com os eixos geométricos principais de suas seções orientados não-verticalmente,utilizam as forças tangenciais ou radiais para causar deflexões em dois planos para compensar perfeitamente o desalinhamento causado por forças de engrenagens helicoidais, assim, mantendo o entrelaçamento desalinhado como quando usando engrenagens de dentes retos e flex-pins tradicionais.
