Abstract
APERFEIÇOAMENTOS INTRODUZIDOS EM DISPOSITIVOS ELETROLIZADORES, normalmente constituídos por recipiente cilíndrico (2) provido de tampa superior (3), no interior do qual são previstas placas verticais plásticas (13) que suportam os fios de arame (12) condutores de corrente elétrica, sendo que, segundo os presentes aperfeiçoamentos, tais placas (13) passaram a ser providas, próximo às suas bordas livres, de uma ou duas fileiras de orifícios verticalmente alinhados (14)/(15), os quais garantem a segura fixação dos fios (12) às referidas placas (13); em substituição às ditas placas plásticas (13), podem ser previstas placas metálicas (16) dispostas paralelamente entre si, as quais configuram, elas próprias, meios condutores para passagem da corrente elétrica; é prevista ainda caixa eletrolizadora (17), paralelepipedal, no interior da qual são montadas, em série, diversas unidades eletrolizadoras (20), cada qual configurada por placas verticais plásticas (21), igualmente providas de uma ou duas fileiras de orifícios verticalmente alinhados (22)/(23), transpassados por uma ou duas fiadas de fios de arames (24); opcionalmente, no interior da referida caixa eletrolizadora (17), são montadas uma série de placas verticais metálicas (25), dispostas paralelamente entre si, preferivelmente transversais ao comprimento da caixa (17), ou agrupadas em forma de cilindro (26), configurando os meios condutores para passagem da corrente elétrica.IMPROVEMENTS INTRODUCED IN ELECTROLYZING DEVICES, normally consisting of a cylindrical container (2) provided with a top lid (3), inside which are provided vertical plastic plates (13) that support the wire strands (12) that conduct electric current, and , according to the present improvements, such plates (13) are now provided, close to their free edges, with one or two rows of vertically aligned holes (14)/(15), which guarantee the secure fixation of the wires (12) to said plates (13); in replacement of said plastic plates (13), metal plates (16) arranged parallel to each other can be provided, which themselves configure conductive means for the passage of electric current; an electrolyzer box (17) is also provided, parallelepiped, inside which several electrolyzer units (20) are mounted in series, each configured by plastic vertical plates (21), also provided with one or two rows of vertically aligned holes (22)/(23), crossed by one or two rows of wires (24); optionally, inside said electrolysing box (17), a series of metallic vertical plates (25) are mounted, arranged parallel to each other, preferably transverse to the length of the box (17), or grouped in the form of a cylinder (26), configuring conductive means for the passage of electric current.
