Abstract

PROCESSOS DE ROTINA. A presente invenção refere-se à seleção de acomodações durante uma reserva de viagem. O método inclui receber, em uma aplicação de software que gerencia reservas de viagem, entrada que customiza atributos configuráveis de objetos de viagem software representando acomodações usadas no transporte de passageiros. O método também inclui receber critérios de um cliente especificando preferências que afetem a experiência do passageiro durante a viagem, ordenar os critérios recebidos de maneira que sejam preferidos um ou mais critérios, selecionar uma ou mais das acomodações usando uma função de otimização para comparar os critérios ordenados com os atributos configuráveis customizados, e transferir a uma ou mais acomodações selecionada para uso pelo cliente na seleção de uma primeira acomodação para o passageiro.
