Abstract
DISPOSITIVO DE VáLVULA. No caso de um dispositivo de válvula, com uma caixa da válvula, dentro da qual se estende um canal de admissão (15), para um fluido de pressão, qual canal de admissão desemboca em uma câmara da válvula (17), dentro da qual um elemento da válvula (18) está retido mediante meios de mola (19), em uma posição de fechamento (20), em encosto em uma sede da válvula (21), sendo que o elemento da válvula (18) se abre, quando de uma pressão de abertura definida do fluido de pressão atuante, fato pelo qual, através de uma seção transversal de abertura, fluido de pressão chega para uma saída do fluido (33), e de lá corre para fora, o dispositivo de válvula apresenta um canal de comando, através do qual fluido de pressão chega em uma câmara de comando (37), dentro da qual um elemento de comando (38), mediante meios de mola (39), está retido em uma posição aberta (40), levantada de uma sede de comando (41), sendo que a câmara de comando (37), está ligada por meio de um canal de ligação (50), com a câmara da válvula (17), e sendo que o elemento de comando (38), comanda a corrente para fora do fluido de pressão de tal maneira, que o elemento de comando (38), antes da abertura do elemento da válvula (18), com uma pressão de comando que fica abaixo da pressão de abertura, pode ser movimentado para o encosto em sua sede de comando (41), pelo qual está fechada a passagem do fluido entre a câmara de comando (37), e a câmara da válvula (17), e que em uma posição aberta (53), do elemento da válvula (18), e com corrente para fora do fluido de pressão através da câmara da válvula (17), o elemento de comando (38), quando da queda de pressão ultrapassa o limite inferior da pressão de comando é movido para sua posição aberta (40), e é aberto o canal de ligação (50), pelo qual fluido de pressão também pode correr para fora através da câmara de comando (37).
