Description

The present patent application is for a new edition "ADJUSTABLE MODULAR MOUNTING SYSTEM FOR GENERAL BUILDINGS", which consists of a system to be used in civil construction that comprises a modular metallic structure composed of interlocking structural metal panels whose pivot heads in ridge beam. , in turn, leveled and squared in a console attached to the masonry, thereby providing a degree of freedom of movement of said panels with respect to the wall of the building in which the leveling is performed only on the panels and no need for reworking of the masonry. With the claimed system it is possible to use several types of roofing tiles, such as ceramic tiles, cement tiles, fibrovegetal tiles, metal tiles among others.

Construction is increasingly demanding technological solutions to reduce construction time without compromising on the final quality of the service, but also as a way to reduce construction costs.

One of the most time-consuming and labor-intensive stages of construction is that of roofing. Currently, the wood cover is still widely used which is ecologically incorrect. Already the metal coverings in the current state of the technique are "on-site" manufacturing, that is, in the work where it will be used. This model involves a whole logistics of handling and processing of metallic material. In this sense, it is essential to use a locksmith, welder, frame builder, painter among other unskilled professionals. On the other hand, the infrastructure of the construction site must have power for the connection of heavy equipment (welding machine, grinder, compressor, etc.), as well as electrical extensions which generate some operational disturbances and safety. The preparation of the oxy-cut metal parts also improves safety, being common waste either by deviation or lack of cutting optimization.

Another major drawback of the known mounting model is that even if manufactured on site, due to irregularities in the masonry, it is necessary to cut the metal parts as well as the walls in order to compensate for such irregularities, to the detriment of the final quality of service.

Aware of the above-mentioned technical drawbacks and limitations, the inventor, a person active in this segment, after research and research has created the "ADJUSTABLE MODULAR MOUNTING SYSTEM FOR GENERAL BUILDING COVERS" in question, which confers the industrial aspect to the erection of structures beginning with standardization. of the panels obtained with frames in "U" profiles and closed with profile "Z" preferably interspersed with square profiles in order to better distribute the load on them. The system also provides ridge adjustment consoles which receive a properly leveled "U" beam which receives the panels whose header pivots in such a beam to allow for some degree of freedom of inclination relative to the supporting masonry where it is inserted. an "L" bracket that holds the panels at the desired height. In the ridge line it is also possible to perform horizontal adjustment of the "U" beam through holes or oblong juxtaposed on its larger dimension face. Finally, the system provides a mechanism with sling-supported tie rods, which are connected to asymmetric and opposite tensioners, which makes it possible to perform tension adjustment as needed, said tie rods being located as many ridge beams as in the panel splices.

Basicamente, o sistema pleiteado proporciona uma série devantagens e atrativos técnicos, tais como:Basically, the claimed system provides a number of advantages and technical attractions, such as:

• Flexibilidade e praticidade quanto ao alinhamento,nivelamento e adequação dos painéis em relação à alvenaria da obra,independente das possíveis imperfeições compensadas no ajustehorizontal e vertical inerentes ao sistema pleiteado, não havendonecessidade de recortes nas peças metálicas tampouco nas paredes;• Flexibility and practicality regarding the alignment, leveling and adequacy of the panels in relation to the masonry of the work, regardless of the possible compensated imperfections in the horizontal and vertical adjustment inherent to the claimed system, there is no need for cuts in the metal parts or in the walls;

• Otimização do cronograma de obra, uma vez que a coberturapoderá ser realizada rapidamente concomitantemente a construção dasedificações;• Optimization of the work schedule, since the roofing can be performed quickly concurrently with the construction of the buildings;

• Logística facilitada - não havendo necessidade de mão deobra qualificada na montagem; infra-estrutura específica;• Easy logistics - there is no need for skilled labor in assembly; specific infrastructure;

• Desnecessidade de realização de soldas na obra, apenasfuradeira e chaves de aperto,• No need to weld on site, just drill and tighten wrenches,

• Industrialização - fabricação em chão de fábrica o queminimiza perdas, garante melhor qualidade final do serviço e produto,bem como a possibilidade de atender a demanda em larga deempreendimentos populares;• Industrialization - manufacturing on the shop floor minimizes losses, ensures better final quality of service and product, as well as the possibility of meeting the demand in large popular enterprises;

• Versatilidade - pode receber qualquer tipo de telha e fáciladequação das cargas por meio dos tirantes.• Versatility - can receive any type of tile and easy load adequacy through the risers.

Thus, with the proposed system it is possible to obtain a better optimization of the application of the roof structure being easy to install on any type of wall (masonry, concrete, metal) which causes less work time, from the backing of the walls to the delivered covered construction.

The "ADJUSTABLE MODULAR MOUNTING SYSTEM FOR GENERAL BUILDING COVERS", notably a system composed of modular "U" beam panels (1) and "Z" trusses (3) interspersed with metalons (4), the which give a better distribution of loads to them, separately or when assembled, whose head (C) consists of profile "Z" (5) and metalon (M) fit to the ridge beam (6) giving a spring effect on the joining of the legs, in that said beam (6) supported, evenly, to the adjustment consoles (7) it is possible to practice the vertical adjustment (AV) of the beam (6) itself which has juxtaposed hurricanes (8) that enable its horizontal adjustment (AH ), both adjustments (AV and HA) made by fasteners (9), and both ridge beams (6) and panel joints (1) have tie rod mechanisms (10) connected by half bolts (11) to standby (12). ) specific. With this system it is possible to pivot the panels (1) to the proper inclination (*>), maintaining the desired position thanks to the "L" support (13) inserted in the masonry.

More particularly, the claimed system consists of prefabricated modular panels (1) whose heads (C) pivot on the ridge beams (6), duly supported by consoles (7) in solidarity with the construction. The rebars (14) of the consoles (7) receive the ridge beams (6), vertically adjustable (AV) by means of "U" clamps (9). In turn, the horizontal adjustment (AH) of the beams (6) is due to the correct positioning of the clips (9) "U" in the juxtaposed extremities (15). Leveled and squared the beam (6), the head (C) of the panel (1) is inserted into it, subject to inclination (°°) in relation to the edge (B) of the construction, maintaining the desired dimension with the aid of a bracket (13) "L" which is anchored in the masonry makes it possible to fix the frame (Q) of the panel in the radial adjustment (16) made possible by oblong (17) pierced by washer (18) "crazy" holes (19) suitable to receive the clips (9).

The panel (1) is formed by a "U" profile frame (Q) (2) interconnected by a series of "Z" trusses (3) preferably intersected by metal sections (M1) on the central axis of the panel whose end supports on the flap (23) of the "Z" and the other remains top.Already the interconnection of the trusses (3) to the flaps (20) of the profiles (2) "U" occurs through a tear (22) in said trusses (3 ) which, together with welding to the metalon (M1) sections, provides perfect locking of the panels (1) without compromising flexibility. The geometry of the truss (3) in "Z" means that the most inertial sense of the workpiece is always very close to the angle of inclination (°°) of the roof, thus being optimized for this type of application. On the other hand, according to the size of the panel (1), above a certain degree of thinness, it is necessary to use metalon sections (M1) in the middle line of the panel as already mentioned above. The support of the metalons (M1) to the tabs (23) of the "Z" and the overlap to the back (24) of the same increase the contact area with the trusses (3) making any undesirable movement impossible, making the panel (1) robust without injury to slenderness. The panels (1) also have joining angles (25) located on the frames (Q) resulting in a unique grid system which absorbs and distributes stresses over the roof. At the intersection between the panels (1) there are waits (12) for reception of ties (10) properly connected to symmetrical and opposite tensioners (26), which tie (10) which travels a hanger (27) capable of longitudinal displacement, and that by acting of the turnbuckles (26) it is possible to adjust the arrow on that set of panels (1) of the cover. In the rear end region of the frame (Q) there is an oblong groove (17) pierced by a washer (18) whose hurricanes (19) allow the insertion (9) of the panel fasteners (1) to the support "L" (13) which are supported in compatible nut (28), thereby maintaining desired panel (1) in the desired wall or masonry dimension. The "U" profile (2) of the panel (1), in addition to the structural function, offers excellent finishing to the exclusive coverage of the tray (T). The front line of the panel (1) is a pivoting head (C) formed by a "Z" profile (5) overlapped by metal (M) to fit the upper flange (29) of the beam (6) and is held in position thanks to spring effect caused by the "Z" profile (5) mentioned above.

The system also has central consoles (7) anchored in the ridge line, which form a lower, predominantly trapezoidal landing (30), connected by a "U" plate (31) posterior to the upper flap (32), both the landing (30) as for the flap (32) connected by a pair of rebar (14) that enable, by means of clips (9) and nuts (28), the vertical adjustment (AV) and leveling of the ridge beam (6). Already the horizontal adjustment (AH) is made possible by the extreme oblong hurricanes (O) to the beams (6) which gives a demovation margin compensating for the lack of square of the buildings. When joining the ridge beams (6), properly spaced, there are waits (12) for receiving the ties (10) and tensioners (26) as well as the hanger (27), same principle of the tie rod mechanism used at the intersection of the panels ( 1).

Once leveled and squared, the roof beam (6) receives the heads (C) of the various panels (1) pivoting in an inclination (°°) ideal to compensate for any irregularity in the roof support walls, remaining in position by fixing the bracket " L "(13) to the radial adjustment (16) of the panel (1) which receives the clips (9) properly supported by a compatible nut (28). The bracket "L" (13) can be anchored to the wall at any angle to meet the full possible tilt range (°°) of the roof.
