Abstract

nanopartículas transportadora de fármacos, processo de preparo e composição farmacêutica compreendendo a mesma e método para entrega de fármacos a presente invenção pertence ao campo das nanopartículas utilizadas em sistemas de entrega de drogas, (drug delivery systems - dds). especificamente, as nanopartículas da presente invenção são formadas por proteínas ou polímeros biodegradáveis que sofrem alteração na sua estrutura tridimensional durante o preparo da partícula. especificamente, o princípio ativo utilizado na presente invenção é um composto utilizado na terapia fotodinâmica. a presente invenção também versa sobre um processo para a preparação de tais partículas e do uso das mesmas.
