Abstract
AND OTHER CLOSED) FOR HYPODERMIC NEEDLE SYRINGES. Its purpose is to make it impossible to reuse hypodermic needle syringes by means of a semi-conical ring-shaped locking system located on the plunger and hypodermic needle which, when in combination, lock the plunger and seal or clog the needle, having an aerodynamic element. that in case of violation becomes the lost syringe; It is also intended to protect the operator against travel accidents during handling of the hypodermic needle through the protective hypodermic needle capsule; thus providing greater epidemiological sanitary vigilant control regarding the spread of infectious diseases. Said "SYSTEM" according to FIGA of p. 5/6 of the drawings, is comprised of a 'geometric capsule (A)' housing the needle (B) containing 'an open, conical annular lock (B3)' that fits the syringe (C) through the nozzles (lc e2c ), the syringe (C) has inside a 'plunger' (D) which has an aerodynamic orifice (5d) extension and condensed semi-conical annular lock (3d) having the plunger in its upper portion a safety lock (4c) together with the syringe (C) to prevent unintentional movement of the plunger.
Description
The present patent refers to a semi-conical (open and closed) lockable emanel lock safety system for hypodermic needle syringes which combines the function of preventing their reuse, thus reducing the spread of infectious diseases by reuse of contaminated needles.
Currently, hypodermic needle syringes, which combine in four elements (syringe, plunger, needle and needle packaging) the function of injecting drugs, either subcutaneously or intravenously, have been a means of spreading disease because they lack a trigger that can dispose of them effectively after use. With the intuitive better to present what is done through the so-called "SYSTEM", (there was a need to use drawings to represent what exists, to better understand what was modified, not wanting to change the model order of patent requirements). There are some models of syringes on the market, on page 1/6 of the drawings, we have two models of these syringes namely: FIGURE "1", is the most used in the medical media and consists of two elements, the syringe (A) and the plunger ( B); FIGURE "3" represents the second model, the syringe "A" and the "plunger" B ", partially modified but not yet able to meet the requirements and requirements of SANITARY AND PREVENTIVE MEDICINES. showing the graduations (A), a threaded nozzle (A1), a smaller inner protruding nozzle (A2) and at the other end bilateral thrust and thrust support fins (B), the piston (B) presents four longitudinal vanes (B1) along the body, joined to a black rubber cone (B2) that favors sliding. In FIGURE "3An it is observed that in the threaded nozzle (2) together with its smaller protruding nozzle (3), an apparatus (1) has been coupled with a wing (4) that moves through a hinge (5); still in FIGURE "3" we observe the embolus (B) that was modified in the vanes (B1) next to the rubber cone (B2) in order to break after use and the wing (A4) bends over the needle (FIGURE " 2 "b). However, the transmission of infectious diseases occurs precisely through the reuse of the needle (FIG.2b), the accidents of the trip and the attempt to relocate it in its packaging (FIG.2a), which because of its shape represents a danger in handling, not allowing the needle to reinsert into it. There is a needle incinerator in the market, but because it becomes an additional object in health departments and demands time and costs, this incinerator did not achieve the expected success. On page 2/6 of the drawings we see in FIGURE ""! "The syringe (D) with its bilateral thrust fin (D1), its plunger (E), the disposable plastic needle (C) with its metallic portion (B) and Figure 2 shows the syringe (B) with its thrust fin (BI), the needle guard wing (A). In the model of FIG. "1" on page 2/6 From the drawings, there is no concern about making the reuse of the hypodermic needles unfeasible while in FIGURE "2" there is a concern to protect the operator at the time of housing the needle after use and none with the opportunity to reuse it, it is noted It is also the case that the plunger breaks apart making the syringe unusable, but nevertheless the likelihood of reuse is prominent, not to mention that wing (A) takes away all the convenience that the smooth syringe cylinder offers.
In order to remedy such drawbacks in the world public health systems, a "SEMI-CONNECT RING SAFETY SYSTEM (OPEN AND OTHER CLOSED) has been developed, without prejudice to their conventional format effectively. , efficient and effective. The so-called "SYSTEM" is made up of four interdependent modules (syringe, embolomodified, modified needle and modified "capsule" packaging) which, after use, make it impossible to reuse it through the connected rings, internal locks added to the piston and needles that cause clogging or sealing of the needle and destruction of the hypodermic needled needle if someone tries to reuse it. The "SEMI-CONNIC RING LATCH SECURITY SYSTEM (OPEN AND OTHER CLOSED) FOR HYPODERMIC NEEDLE SYRINGES" puts an end to acts of bad faith in the attempt to reuse contaminated hypodermic needle syringes.
The "SYSTEM" can be better understood by following the description, in line with the attached figures, where:

(D)representa o embolo, onde (1d) é o polongamento das palhetas (4d), (2d) é ocone emborrachado de vedação, favorecedor do deslizamento do embolo (D)dentro da seringa (C), (3d) se trata de um anel semi-cônico condensado efechado e (5d) representa o orifício aero-dinâmico do prolongamento (1d).ON PAGE 5/6 of the demonstrative drawings, FIGURES 1,2 and 3 represent a longitudinal, panoramic view of the "SEMI-CONNIC (OPEN AND OTHER CLOSED) RING SAFETY SYSTEM", showing its four modules (syringe, modified piston) , modified needle and geometrical capsule) of functionally as follows: FIGURE: (A) represents the geometrical capsule where (1) is the elliptical support of the hollow conical base (2), followed by the cylindrical body (3) containing its interior. inverted long cone (4) and part of (B1). The lock (4c) will only work thanks to the operator's little effort to push the plunger to suck the medication into the syringe. (D) represents the plunger, where (1d) is the vane lengthening (4d), (2d) is the rubberized seal face, which favors the plunger sliding (D) into the syringe (C), (3d). a closed condensed semi-conical ring and (5d) represents the aero-dynamic extension orifice (1d).
