= DISPOSABLE LEAFLET FOR MEDICAL AND SIMILAR FLUID INJECTION

The present patent specification, as it has been referred to above, refers to an interesting and functional invention that allows the application of single and intradermal fluid dose in a disposable and self-protected presentation.

As mentioned in the title, the proposal consists of a small plastic or rubber wrap, in the form of a bellows (accordion), which internally has an intradermal needle formed in the form of a "J" umbrella handle, whereby such a bellows, when pressed on the skin, exposes the needle and simultaneously injects the fluid contained therein.

As to the prior art, it is known that intradermal applications of vaccines, drugs or other substances are now known to be made by syringes to which the needles are fitted and whose contents are drawn from the fluid storage bottle into the syringe prior to application to the patient. .

Although most are packaged in sterile packaging, handling all such objects, such as mounting the needle to the syringe, introducing the needle bevel into the fluid-carrying vial, aspirating, and often introducing ambient air to facilitate gait. the next artery elimination maneuver enters the syringe, the loss of fluid in this air elimination, and finally the introduction of the needle into the skin tissue to the deepest layer to inject fluid, are maneuvers that associate accident hazards, quite frequent, as well as risks of contamination with the need for multiple casing openings and surface asepsis.

All of these objects are, in fact, necessary, but they are not a guarantee of total decontamination of the instruments and injected fluid, however, adding great costs to the treatment, which add to the large amount of objects involved and their transportation and storage.

In view of the problems mentioned and others that are certainly known to this sector, the Applicant proposes a unique device which stores fluid in predetermined quantities and which has a needle - specially developed for joint operation. Said needle is omitted inside the bellows, without contact with the fluid; When the user presses the bellows against the skin, the needle breaks the package at one end and penetrates the tissue with the other, promoting subcutaneous or intradermal injection by simply compressing the package (bellows) against the body.

After application the package returns to its original shape, retracting the needle to the bezel and thus avoiding accidents.

The device promotes many ADVANTAGES over current media because:

Can limit dosage avoiding over or under errors, reducing waste;

1) Greatly reduces the handling of syringes, protectors and needles as well as the original fluid packaging;

II) Reduces the risk of accidents pre, per and post use of these objects;

IV) Reduces the risk of contamination;

V) Decreases volume for storage and transport VI) Makes portable medications for patients on continuous use such as diabetics and also in vaccine delivery among other applications.

Therefore, such features combined with the advantages mentioned initially make the present system meet broad conditions to receive the desired privilege.

In accordance with the scope described above and in conjunction with the figures shown, the DISPOSABLE MEDICINAL AND LIQUID FLUID INJECTION PLANT, here claimed, is comprised of a tiny "container" [1] preferably circular, but which may be in other formats. Made of plastic or rubberized material, both very elastic and of medical use, the container being hermetically sealed, and its body in the form of a folding bellows.

At the bottom the container [1] has a stiffer wall [2] and at the top there is a malleable wall [3]. A J-shaped needle [4] is integrally attached to the bottom of the wall [2]; This needle is slightly smaller than the height of the container [1] and has its extension [5] positioned just below a wall [6] within the container [1]. This film provides asepsis to the contact surface of the wall [2] with the patient's skin, including a viscous glue on this surface, which allows better adhesion to the skin and sealing at the moment of contact.

The container [1] should be placed over the skin and pressed through the wall [3], which causes both needle bevels [4] to simultaneously rupture the walls [2] and [6], penetrating the larger part into the skin of the simultaneously with the chamber fluid injection [C].
