Abstract
SISTEMA PARA CONTROLE DA TEMPERATURA DE UMA COLUNA CROMATOGRáFICA, E MéTODO PARA CARACTERIZAR UM ANALITO EM UM SISTEMA CROMATOGRáFICO TENDO PELO MENOS UMA COLUNA CROMATOGRáFICA. é divulgado um termostato para cromatograf ia gasosa autónomo, remoto. O dispositivo separa mecanicamente um reservatório aquecido ou frio da coluna cromatográfica, quando um aquecimento ou resfriamento não for necessário. A coluna necessita de um sistema de resfriamento, para obter temperaturas iniciais abaixo da ambiente. Em outras ocasiões, a coluna precisa ser aquecida a temperaturas relativamente altas, em cuja ocasião, o sistema de resfriamento é de preferência desconectado. O termostato permite mudanças rápidas de temperatura, enquanto que minimizando a necessidade da energia refrigerante de pico. FIGURAS
