Abstract
(PEGA-GATO) - SISTEMA (processos, componentes eesquemas) DIFERENCIAL AUTOVIGIADO INTELIGENTE ANTIFLIRTO DE ENERGIA ELéTRICA SUPERVISIONADO POR GPS OU POR REVERSE GEOCODING. AND DIAGRAMS) DIFFERENTIAL INTELLIGENT ELECTRIC POWER SUPERVISION GPS SUPERVISED OR GEOCODING REVERSE. It refers to smart self-tracking differential schemes to report or prevent power theft, and proposes the possibility of remotely displaying the consumption reading of (1) Registered Installations of a Distribution Concessionaire. Electricity thefts are carried out through the so-called "cats" which consist of total or partial deviation made at (7) Registered Facility Booster Cable before (M) Energy Meter, through attempts to sabotage (M) Power or direct connections to (9) Distributor Extension, the latter being most often visible and made grotesquely from the (9) Distributor Extension or output, giving rise to the chaotic and dangerous tangle of wires as shown. No (Annex III). The "SYSTEM" consists of schematic options that continuously monitor and compare, through current images, the apparent powers traversing the (M) Energy Meter of each (1) Registered Installation and the requested apparent powers of (9) Distributor Extension. They also monitor and compare the sum of apparent powers demanded by the various (1) Registered Installations and the apparent demanded power of the corresponding (13) Transformer or Distribution Circuit. In these comparisons, if there is a difference greater than a certain assumed security value (mismatch), the "SYSTEM" recognizes as the occurrence of power theft and then sends, via one of the media indicated in the report, a signal to a ( 11) Server located in the Company. Depending on the scheme adopted the "SYSTEM" will indicate or prevent the existence of power theft by providing the location of the facility or Extension under theft. The "SYSTEM" also continuously monitors the closed-door conditions of the (2) Meter Sealed Box and the permanence of meter-restricted magnetic field values, if applicable for electrodynamic meters. The apparent power ratings cited above are made by corresponding current images which in the (5A, 5B and 5C) Digitizer and Communication Circuits are modified to resultant currents, consisting of the sum of a number of amplitudes of the current images. considered within a time interval which are then sent to the corresponding (10AA and lOR) EEIDs according to a 9600 bit / s asynchronous communication protocol with no parity and a stop bit. To monitor, then, (1) Registered Installations, (7) Registered Installations Power Cables, and (9) Distributor Branch, current image values are provided by (4A, 4B and 4C) Current Sources and are received by (5A, SB and 5C) Digitizing and Communication Circuits and sent to (10A and lOR) EEID - Differential Intelligent Electronic Equipment. In (10AA and 1OB) EEID - Differential Intelligent Electronic Equipment a CIID (Differential Intelligent Circuit) function compares the values resulting from received currents and, by a differential value above a stipulated safety value (mismatch), recognizes as an occurrence power theft. In this case, then, there will be a signal output to a GPS (Global Positioning System) or Transmitter / Receiver function of any conveniently used communication medium such as Radio Frequency, Cellular Phone, Fixed Telephony, Satellite, Cable, Infra. -Red or Fiber Optic that will emit and / or receive a signal inherent in the installation, locating it. Opting for a scheme that does not use GPS on Cm, the (1) Registered Installation and / or (9) Distributor Extension will be georeferenced only in the installation of the System and thereafter the location of the emission of signals and / or data will be given by Reverse Geocoding program. Being of interest to the company and according to the scheme adopted, it is possible to automatically prevent the installation of the so-called "cats", thus discouraging their installation. It is also possible to send a signal to remotely interrupt and reconnect the power supply to the (1) Registered Installation or (9) Distribution Extension, if the adopted scheme allows the permanence of a "cat", for further treatment. of abnormality with legal protection. The SYSTEM is then capable of giving rise to various Processes and ways of technical and business-political treatment, according to the scheme adopted, as contained in the Report of this Invention Application.
