Abstract

Equipamento para a dobradura e a fixação, destinado a montagem de elementos de um painel compósito, em particular para a carroceria de um veículo. Um equipamento de dobradura e de fixação dos elementos (12, 14) de um painel compósito (P) compreende uma estação de dobradura (26) dotada de uma primeira estrutura de apoio (30, 34) do painel (P) e meios de compressão (50, 56) para comprimir os elementos (12, 14) do painel (P) durante a fase de dobradura. O equipamento (10) inclui uma estação de fixação (28), separada com relação a estação de dobradura (26), para realizar uma operação de fixação recíproca dos elementos (12, 14) do painel (P), a qual compreende uma segunda estrutura de apoio (82, 84; 96, 98) do painel compósito (P), independente de dita primeira estrutura de apoio (30, 34) e que é susceptível de sustentar o painel (P) durante a dita operação de fixação, e meios de movimentação (68), coordenados com os meios de movimentação (50, 56), para deslocar o painel (P) dobrado entre a estação de dobradura (26) e a estação de fixação (28) e para manter simultaneamente os elementos (12, 14) do painel (P) acostados na posição correta de montagem.
