A invenção provê um forno elétrico de cozinha compreendendo: uma carcaça (lo) definindo uma câmara de cocção (CC); uma caixa defletora (20) compreendendo porções de parede (21, 22) montadas à carcaça (10) e apresentando aberturas de entrada e de saída de ar (22a, 21a) em comunicação direta com a câmara de cocção (CC); uma resistência elétrica (30) e um ventilador (40) montados no interior da caixa defletora (20) , para que possa ser produzido um fluxo de ar forçado da câmara de cocção (CC) , através da resistência elétrica (30) e de volta à câmara de cocção (CC) Um meio refletor de irradiação térmica (50) é provido no interior da caixa defletora (20) entre a resistência elétrica (30) e uma porção de parede (22) da caixa defletora (20), permitindo a aplicação de um revestimento anti-aderente (60) nas superfícies da carcaça (10) e da caixa defletora (20) voltadas para o interior da câmara de cocção (CC)KITCHEN ELECTRIC OVEN.
