Abstract

SISTEMA DE MONITORAMENTO DE UM REDUTOR DURANTE SEU FUNCIONAMENTO. Que consiste de um sistema de monitoramento de características fisicas de redutores, como temperatura e nível de óleo, compreendendo as fases de sensoriamento, transmissao e monitoramento propriamente dito, focando o objetivo final deste sistema e custos comercialmente viá- veis, sendo este monitoramento procedido durante o funcionamento do redutor, e por estas grandezas serem medidas em pontos diferentes no mesmo equipamento (4 a 10 pontos), independentemente do posicionamento e local de instalaçào dos mesmos, transmitindo-se as informações, via rádio (sem fio), para o programa de controle, que alarmará quando qualquer uma destas grandezas atingir seu nível crítico, sendo previstas as seguintes medições: nível do líquido = nível mínimo, com alarme na 2a leitura repetida consecutivamente; temperatura do líquido = máximo de 80°C a 90°C, com alarme na 3¬ leitura repetida consecutivamente; temperatura de parte metálica = máximo de 90°C a 120°C, com alarme na 3° leitura repetida consecutivamente.REDUCER MONITORING SYSTEM DURING OPERATION.
