MéTODO E DISPOSITIVO PARA FORNECER AO DISPOSITIVO DIREITOS DE ACESSO A CONTEúDO DIGITAL CONTROLADO POR DIREITOS DE ACESSO Trata-se de um método para fornecer direitos de acesso a conteúdo digital controlado por direitos de acesso. Um arquivo (200) compreendendo uma pré-visulização reproduzível (210), instruções (212) de como obter direitos de acesso e os dados digitais controlados por direitos de acesso (216) é transferido (402) para o dispositivo (110, 310; 500), que reproduz (406) a pré-visulização (210) e as instruções (212). Em seguida, o usuário fornece instruções para obter os direitos de acesso ao conteúdo digital controlado por direitos de acesso, que o dispositivo solicita (412) de um proprietário de conteúdo (130, 330) que envia os direitos de acesso para o dispositivo. Também é apresentado um dispositivo e um arquivo digital. A invenção torna possível reduzir o tempo necessário entre a pré-visulização e a visualização do conteúdo digital, pois elimina o tempo necessário para baixar o arquivo.
