Abstract
PROCESSO E INSTALAçãO DE BIOGáS PARA A PRODUçãO DE BIOGáS A PARTIR DE LìQUIDOS CARREGADOS ORGANICAMENTE. A presente invenção refere-se a processo e instalação de biogás para a produção de biogás a partir de líquidos carregados organicamente, sendo que: a) os líquidos carregados organicamente são ventilados em um recipiente de mistura e, em seguida, são transferidos para um reator de leito fixo de hidrólise; b) uma hidrólise é executada em pelo menos um reator de leito fixo de hidrólise que contém corpos de enchimento, sendo que o líquido é conduzido várias vezes pelos corpos de enchimento na medida em que o líquido é bombeado e é reconduzido, através de um circuito de retorno, para o reator de leito fixo de hidrólise, ou então o líquido é bombeado para outros reatores de leito fixo de hidrólise; c)uma subcorrente do líquido carregado organicamente é bombeada a partir do circuito de retorno para um reator de leito fixo de metanização que contém corpos de enchimento e é fermentada para formar biogás.BIOGAS PROCESS AND INSTALLATION FOR BIOGAS PRODUCTION FROM ORGANICALLY LOADED LIQUIDS.
