Abstract

PROCESSO E INSTALAçãO DE BIOGáS PARA A PRODUçãO DE BIOGáS A PARTIR DE LìQUIDOS CARREGADOS ORGANICAMENTE. AND INSTALLATION FOR BIOGAS PRODUCTION FROM ORGANICALLY LOADED LIQUIDS. The present invention relates to the process and installation of biogas for the production of biogas from organically charged liquids: a) organically charged liquids are vented to a mixing vessel and then transferred to a reactor fixed bed hydrolysis; b) a hydrolysis is performed in at least one fixed bed hydrolysis reactor containing filler bodies, the liquid being driven several times by the filler bodies as the liquid is pumped and re-driven through a circuit. return to the hydrolysis fixed bed reactor, or else the liquid is pumped to other hydrolysis fixed bed reactors; c) an undercurrent of the organically charged liquid is pumped from the return circuit to a fixed bed methanization reactor that contains filler bodies and is fermented to form biogas.
