Abstract

PROCESSO DE ENCAPSULAÇçO DE SUBSTÂNCIAS QUÍMICAMENTE ATIVAS E PRODUTO ENCAPSULADO RESULTANTE. A presente invenção refere-se a um sistema encapsulado compreendendo núcleo que contém uma substância ativa e uma camada de revestimento formada de material hidrossolúvel ou hidrofilico, e seu processo de preparação. O sistema pode ser incorporado em produtos farmacêuticos, alimentícios para uso animal ou humano ou outras aplicações técnicas (indústria de pigmentos, agentes aceleradores ou retardadores, enchimentos, inibidores de cristalização, retardadores de chama, etc.). A camada de revestimento mantém o núcleo isolado em uma formulação sólida, isolando-o do contato com outros componentes, e protege o núcleo da ação de fatores como umidade, pH, temperatura e presença de oxigênio e retarda a solubilização do núcleo quando o sistema é introduzido em meio aquoso. O núcleo compreende uma substância quimicamente ativa, orgânica ou inorgânica, em sua forma sólida e hidratada.Process of encapsulation of chemically active substances and resulting encapsulated product.
