Abstract

COMPàSITOS CIMENTÍCIOS PRODUZIDOS A PARTIR DE RESÍDUOS DA INDéSTRIA DE PAPEL. Descreve-se um compósito cimentício com lodo de ETE (Estação de Tratamento de Efluentes) de indústria de papel, o qual apresenta características físicas e mecânicas adequadas para uso na produção de componentes empregados na construção civil. O resíduo é classificado como Classe II, ou seja, resíduo não inerte e com grande potencial de aproveitamento (NBR 10004, 2004) . Os usos indicados para o compósito são na produção de blocos com e sem função estrutural, pisos intertravados, painéis estruturais e divisórios, placas para forro, isolamento termoacústico. Em materiais com função estrutural recomenda-se a adição de no máximo 10% de resíduo em relação a argamassa (em massa) . Para os materiais não estruturais pode se utilizar até 50% de resíduo.CIMENTARY COMPANIES PRODUCED FROM PAPER INDUSTRY WASTE. The uses indicated for the composite are in the production of blocks with and without structural function, interlocking floors, structural panels and partitions, ceiling tiles, thermo-acoustic insulation. In materials with structural function, it is recommended to add a maximum of 10% of residue in relation to mortar (by mass). For non-structural materials up to 50% residue may be used.
