Abstract

ADSORVEDOR DE HIDROCARBONETO. O presente produto inventado. é um produto natural desenvolvido a partir do beneficiamento da casca do coco. Do tecido conjuntivo que agrega as densas fibras do mesocarpo que é produzido através do seguinte processo: desfibra-se a casca do coco através de sistema mecânico com máquinas rotativas providas de cilindros dentados girando em alta rotação. Em seguida, passa o produto em peneiras vibratórias separando-se o produto desejado e descartando o rejeito, dosando assim a granulometria do material. Após, o processo anterior leva-se o produto final a uma temperatura onde deixará o mesmo desidratado a uma proporção de 3 a 10%. A invenção está baseada na descoberta de que ao se desfibrar a cascado coco (mesocarpo) resulta no produto conhecido corno coxim que ao ser desidratado a uma proporção de 3 a 10%, transforma-se em um produto semelhante a Turfa, para ser utilizado nos vazamentos de óleo, sendo aplicados diretamente sobre o óleo. O setor técnico ao qual pretende que seja utilizado o produto é o petrolífero.
