Abstract
WITH LOW ENERGY CONSUMPTION, BIOMASS TRANSFORMATION, WITH A RELATIVE MOVEMENT OF 25% OR LESS THAN, FOR PRODUCTION OF FUEL PELLETS, more precisely the industrial process of biomass transformation (wood-cellulosic waste, processing wood, rice husk, babassu husk, etc.) in renewable and non-polluting fuel, in the form of pellets, is intended for the production of thermal energy, which may even be converted into electrical or mechanical energy; The process basically consists of the fact that the biomass (wood pulp residues, wood processing chips, rice husk, babassu bark, etc.) is subjected to a relative humidity reduction process to somewhere around 12 to 13%. and homogenization of particle size less than 3 mm, all these parameters being obtained in a single operation by a kinetic disintegrator that comminutes the treated matter and at the same time reduces the RH (relative humidity).
