Abstract

APERFEIçOAMENTO EM TAMPA PARA EMBALAGENS DE REFIL. Injetada em peça única, porém, com duas partes distintas, uma definida como tampa (1) e a outra como sobretampa (2), interligadas entre si por uma ponte articulada (3), de modo que a segunda possa ser movimentada no sentido de ser acoplada ou desacoplada axialmente sobre a primeira, configurando assim uma tampa do tipo tradicionalmente chamada de flip-top, onde a primeira parte (1) é usualmente formada por uma saia cilíndrica (4), cujo diâmetro interno tem integrado um lacre (5), abaixo do qual a borda inferior da dita saia tem internamente um travamento adequado (6) condizente para acoplamento irreversível em um colarinho (7) existente em um gargalo (8) de uma embalagem qualquer (9); dita peça única combina o formato de um funil (10) para a sobretampa (2) e, concomitantemente, esta última apresenta a sua base à maneira de pavilhão de corneta (11) que configura uma cúpula com meios (12) de acoplamento substancialmente firme e reversível sobre a tampa (1), de modo que, na condição fechada, o diâmetro ou setor interno da dita tampa (1) com o sistema de lacre (5) fique totalmente guarnecido e, na condição aberta, o dito sistema de lacre (5) fica exposto o suficiente para sua remoção e liberação do diâmetro interno da dita tampa (1).COVER IMPROVEMENT FOR REFILLING PACKINGS. Injected in one piece, but with two distinct parts, one defined as lid (1) and the other as overcap (2), interconnected by a hinged bridge (3), so that the second can be moved in the direction of be axially coupled or uncoupled over the former, thus forming a cap of the traditionally called flip-top type, where the first part (1) is usually formed by a cylindrical skirt (4), whose inner diameter has an integral seal (5) below which the lower edge of said skirt internally has a suitable locking (6) consistent with irreversible coupling on a collar (7) in a neck (8) of any package (9); said single piece combines the shape of a funnel (10) for the overcap (2) and, concomitantly, the latter has its base in the shape of a horn pavilion (11) which forms a dome with substantially firm coupling means (12). and reversible on the lid (1), so that, in the closed condition, the diameter or internal sector of said lid (1) with the sealing system (5) is fully fitted and, in the open condition, said sealing system (5) is exposed sufficiently for its removal and release of the inner diameter of said cap (1).
