Abstract

PROCESSO PARA A PREPARAçãO DE PéLETES A PARTIR DE RESìDUOS DE BIOMASSA E PRODUTO OBTIDO POR TAL PROCESSO. A presente invenção refere-se a um processo para a preparação de péletes a partir de resíduos de biomassa, compreendendo as seguintes etapas: carregar os resíduos de biomassa em um depósito (1); secar os resíduos de biomassa em um sistema de secagem (3) por meio de ar quente proveniente de um gerador de ar quente (2); refinar os resíduos de biomassa secos na etapa b) em um refinador (4); separar, em um separador (5), os resíduos de biomassa refinados na etapa c) em 2 frações: resíduos finos e resíduos aptos para a produção; e prensar e extrudar os resíduos aptos para a produção separados na etapa d) em uma peletizadora (6), formando-se assim os péletes. A presente invenção refere-se também aos péletes preparados pelo processo descrito acima, que podem ser utilizados como combustivel.PROCESS FOR PREPARING PELLETS FROM BIOMASS WASTE AND PRODUCT OBTAINED BY SUCH PROCESS. The present invention relates to a process for preparing pellets from biomass residues, comprising the following steps: loading the biomass residues into a deposit (1); drying the biomass residues in a drying system (3) by means of hot air from a hot air generator (2); refining the dried biomass residues in step b) in a refiner (4); separate, in a separator (5), the refined biomass residues in step c) into 2 fractions: fine residues and residues fit for production; and pressing and extruding the waste fittings separated in step d) into a pelletizer (6), thereby forming the pellets. The present invention also relates to pellets prepared by the process described above which may be used as fuel.
