Abstract

"DISCO SEMEADOR PARA UM DOSADOR DE SEMENTES PNEUMáTICO" Um disco semeador circular do tipo piano é munido de uma série de aberturas atrativas de semente circunferentemente distribuídas. As aberturas são spaçadas ao longo de um rebordo circunferente deslocado axialmente do restante do disco para se aproximar da localização e características de liberação de sementes de um disco de semear do tipo celular. A excentricidade permite que a semente caia na posição correta do tubo de semear para reduzir ou eliminar o rechaço de se mentes indesejável e conferir melhor administração de sementes ao solo e melhor espaçamento de sementes quando comparado com os discos planos sem a excentricidade. Em uma modalidade o rebordo tem uma superfície inclinada com respeito ao plano de rotação do disco de semear para imprimir um componente axial à trajetória de sementes. Uma parede tortuosa entre o rebordo e o restante do disco confere agitação às sementes.
