Abstract
DISPOSIçãO CONSTRUTIVA EM CONJUNTO PARA TRAVAMENTO, SINALIZAçãO E IMPEDIMENTO DE REENERGIZAçãO. O presente Patente de Invenção refere-se ao desenvolvimento construtivo de um conjunto tipo "Kit" aplicado aos mais variados centros de distribuição elétricos, painéis e caixas de comando, especialmente desenvolvido para travar, sinalizar e impedir a reenergização destes sistemas de energia elétrica sem a autorização do operador. Destarte, é caracterizada por um conjunto (1) montado e adaptado a painéis e caixas de comanda (2), através do alojamento dos suportes laterais (3) sobre o trilho base (4) de sustentação dos disjuntores (5). O suporte fêmea (6) e suporte macho (7) são adaptados entre o montante superior dos suportes laterais (3). O travamento dos disjuntores (5) é conseguido graças à adaptação das peças de travamento (8, 9 e 10), sendo uma de cada modelo, amoldando-se a configuração superior de qualquer disjuntor aplicado ao sistema, seja ele "GE, PIAL, MERIN GERIN, SIEMENS" ou outro modelo qualquer. Tal travamento da-se pela alocação do montante posterior das peças (8, 9 e/ou 10) no encaixe fêmea do suporte (6), amoldando-se a configuração superior dos disjuntores (5), sendo adentrado através de suas aberturas (11) pela saliência macho do dito suporte (7). O Isolamento é conseguido pelo uso de cadeado (12) sobre o orifício (13) do suporte (7) deixado amostra após alocadas as peças de travamento (8, 9 e/ou 10). A sinalização é dada por uma placa de advertência (14) presa ao cadeado (12), avisando sobre os riscos, sobre o uso desautorizado da energização, a função e o funcionário que se encontra em operação. A segunda variação do conjunto (1) igualmente é aplicada em painéis e caixas de comando (15), porém terá o uso sobre um único disjuntor especifico (16), sendo o travamento conseguido sem o uso dos suportes laterais (3), apenas o suporte fêmea (6) e o macho (7), onde é alocada a peça de travamento em formato retangular (17). A terceira variação do conjunto (1) é aplicada a qualquer tipo de centro de distribuição de sobrepor ou embutir (18), sendo caracterizada conforme a segunda variação, sem a necessidade dos suportes laterais.CONSTRUCTIVE ARRANGEMENT TOGETHER FOR LOCKING, SIGNALING AND REENERGIZATION. The present invention relates to the constructive development of a kit type applied to the most varied electrical distribution centers, panels and control boxes, specially developed to lock, signal and prevent the re-energization of these electric power systems without operator's authorization. Thus, it is characterized by an assembly (1) mounted and adapted to panels and control boxes (2), through the housing of the lateral supports (3) on the base rail (4) of the circuit breakers (5). The female bracket (6) and male bracket (7) are fitted between the upper amount of the side brackets (3). Locking of the circuit breakers (5) is achieved by adapting the locking parts (8, 9 and 10), one of each model, shaping the superior configuration of any circuit breaker applied to the system, be it "GE, PIAL, MERIN GERIN, SIEMENS "or any other model. Such locking occurs by the allocation of the posterior amount of the pieces (8, 9 and / or 10) in the female socket of the bracket (6), shaping the upper configuration of the circuit breakers (5) and being inserted through their openings (11). ) by the male projection of said support (7). Isolation is achieved by the use of padlocks (12) over the hole (13) of the holder (7) left sample after the locking parts (8, 9 and / or 10) are allocated. The signaling is given by a warning sign (14) attached to the lock (12), warning about the risks, unauthorized use of the power, the function and the employee who is in operation. The second variation of the assembly (1) is equally applied to panels and control boxes (15), but will have the use on a single specific circuit breaker (16), being the locking achieved without the use of the lateral supports (3), only the female support (6) and male (7), where the rectangular shaped locking part (17) is allocated. The third variation of the assembly (1) is applied to any type of overlap or recess distribution center (18) and is characterized according to the second variation, without the need for lateral supports.
