Abstract

"MOTOR HIDRáULICO ORBITAL DE PISTõES RADIAIS COM ACIONAMENTO POR CONJUNTO DE ENGRENAGENS". Constituído por um motor hidráulico inovador que é composto basicamente por um sistema distribuidor, um bloco principal interno, conjuntos de pistões-bielas, um conjunto de pinhões que trabalham sobre uma coroa, um eixo principal, e uma carcaça de proteção. O sistema distribuidor recebe a entrada da linha de óleo pressurizada e é o responsável pela distribuição sincronizada do fluido pressurizado nas diversas câmaras internas do bloco principal. Em cada uma dessas câmaras do bloco principal é disposto um pistão acoplado a uma biela com eixo excêntrico. Cada um dos eixos excêntricos da biela citada é responsável pela rotação de cada um dos seus respectivos pinhões. Esses pinhões trabalham em conjunto com uma coroa central, que por sua vez possui fixo um eixo principal, que é o eixo de rotação do motor. Esse eixo principal é ligado ao sistema distribuidor através de uma junta de transmissão, o que proporciona um perfeito sincronismo entre o giro do eixo e as ações do fluído pressurizado no bloco do motor. Dessa maneira, a linha de óleo pressurizada entra no sistema distribuidor e distribui o fluído pressurizado de maneira sincronizada e em tempos corretos nas sucessivas câmaras do bloco interno do motor. In this way, the pressurized oil line enters the dispensing system and distributes the pressurized fluid synchronously and at correct times in successive chambers of the engine internal block. In each of the block chambers, the pressurized oil drives the piston, which in turn causes the piston rod to move radially, and with this movement, the eccentric shaft of the piston rod provides rotational motion in the coupling pinion. Each of the pinions works in conjunction with the center crown, and transmits torque to it. With the torque transmitted to this central crown, the mainshaft coupled to it also acquires rotation.
