Abstract

"MéTODO DE CONTROLE DE VELOCIDADE DE TRANSMISSãO, SISTEMA DE CONTROLE DE VELOCIDADE DE TRANSMISSãO E ESTAçãO MóVEL". Um método de controle de velocidade de transmissão para controlar a velocidade de transmissão de um canal ao qual o método de controle de velocidade de tradução é aplicado, inclui: notificar, em uma controladora de rede de rádio, em um tempo de um estabelecimento de chamada ou assemelhado, uma velocidade de transmissão permitida primária do canal ao qual o método de controle de velocidade de transmissão é aplicado; iniciar, na estação móvel, após o estabelecimento da chamada, a transmissão a uma velocidade de transmissão abaixo da velocidade de transmissão permitida primária, quando os dados a serem transmitidos são gerados; e controlar, na estação móvel, a velocidade de transmissão do canal ao qual o método de controle de velocidade de transmissão é aplicado, com base em um Canal de Concessão Relativo transmitido de uma estação base de rádio.
