Abstract

"RESISTOR PARA CONTROLAR A VELOCIDADE DE ROTAçãO DE UM MOTOR DE VENTILADOR PARA USO EM UM CONDICIONADOR DE AR". A presente invenção refere-se a um resistor para controlar a velocidade de rotação de um motor de ventilador para uso em um condicionador de ar. O resistor compreende um corpo de base, um radiador conectado a uma porção superior do corpo de base, uma placa de circuito impresso de resistor coberta com chapas isolantes e recebida dentro do radiador, uma placa de fixação colocada em uma superfície dianteira do radiador para isolar a placa de circuito impresso de resistor a partir de fora, e um fusível de temperatura soldado por pontos às extremidades de ponta de conexão superiores da placa de circuito impresso de resistor em uma porção superior do radiador. Uma porção de prendedor na forma de arco é formada em uma porção superior da placa de fixação para envolver e fixamente sustentar o fusível de temperatura. Isto reduz o custo de fabricação do resistor, enquanto aperfeiçoa a manufaturabilidade e a confiabilidade do mesmo.
