Abstract

SISTEMA PARA TRATAMENTO DE DEJETOS DE SUìNOS. Refers to a system for the treatment of swine manure, located next to the technological sector of waste reuse, especially from the swine industry. There are numerous farms with swine populations producing thousands of cubic meters of untreated manure; Existing processes, even those that adopt anaerobic digestion are incomplete, not allowing to control the volumes of biogas generation and its components, but mainly regarding the characteristics of the waters released near the receiving bodies with high levels of sulfur, nitrogen. and phosphorus, developing an aquatic flora that restricts water oxygen, compromising the fauna, and complicating its potability. The system for swine manure treatment consists of the following steps: daily collection of the manure in the micro-basin farms; reception and weighing within a period of 16 hours; homogenization and separation of the solid component from the waste; final equalization before waste is liquefied: drying, dehydration and mummification of the solid component for fertilizer generation; and conduction to anaerobic reactors for the generation of products resulting from the process: biogas, digested and stabilized iodine, and pollution free water.
