Abstract
SISTEMA PARA MONITORAMENTO DE UM TEOR DE UMIDADE DE UM GáS DE COMBUSTìVEL PARA USO DE FORNECIMENTO DE GáS COMBUSTìVEL E DISPOSITIVO DE AQUECIMENTO, RESFRIAMENTO E CONTROLE DA PRESSãO DO GáS E MéTODO DE MONITORAMENTO DE UM TEOR DE UMIDADE DE UM GáS DE COMBUSTìVEL FORNECIDO A UM SISTEMA DE COMBUSTãO, COM CONTROLE DA PRESSãO DE GáS E PRESSãO DA áGUA SATURADA COM CONTROLE DE TEMPERATURA, um sistema (1) para monitoramento de um teor de umidade de um gás de combustível é fornecido que possui uma configuração simples e firme e é capaz de exibir uma capacidade estabilizada de monitoramento; o sistema (1) inclui: a tubulação de extração do gás (14) configurada para amostrar uma parte do gás de combustível fornecido a um sistema de fornecimento do gás de combustível; um termómetro do gás de combustível (15) localizado em uma porção da tubulação de fornecimento do gás de combustível (5) em que o gás de combustível é fixado em uma condição do vapor de água saturado; um membro de estrangulamento (16) configurado para ajustar a pressão do gás amostrado pela tubulação de extração do gás (14) para uma pressão substancialmente igual à pressão do vapor de agua saturado do gás de combustível em uma temperatura detectada pelo termómetro do gás de combustível (15) ; um resfriador do gás de amostra (13) configurado para ajustar a temperatura do gás de amostra fixado na pressão substancialmente igual à pressão do vapor de água saturado para uma temperatura próxima à temperatura detectada pelo termómetro do gás de combustível (15) ; e um pote de drenagem (18) com um dispositivo de detecção da drenagem configurado para detectar a água condensada produzida a partir do gás de amostra.SYSTEM FOR MONITORING A FUEL GAS MOISTURE CONTENT FOR USE OF FUEL GAS SUPPLY AND GAS HEATING, COOLING AND PRESSURE CONTROL AND MONITORING METHOD OF GAS FUEL GAS CONTENT COMBUSTION, WITH GAS PRESSURE CONTROL AND SATURATED WATER PRESSURE WITH TEMPERATURE CONTROL, a system (1) for monitoring the moisture content of a fuel gas is provided that has a simple and firm configuration and is capable of displaying a stabilized monitoring capacity; system (1) includes: gas extraction tubing (14) configured to sample a portion of the fuel gas supplied to a fuel gas supply system; a fuel gas thermometer (15) located in a portion of the fuel gas supply line (5) wherein the fuel gas is fixed in a saturated water vapor condition; a throttle member (16) configured to adjust the gas pressure sampled by the gas extraction pipe (14) to a pressure substantially equal to the fuel gas saturated water vapor pressure at a temperature detected by the fuel gas thermometer (15); a sample gas cooler (13) configured to adjust the temperature of the sample gas set at a pressure substantially equal to the saturated water vapor pressure to a temperature close to the temperature detected by the fuel gas thermometer (15); and a drainage pot (18) with a drainage sensing device configured to detect condensed water produced from the sample gas.
