Abstract
MÉTODO PARA DETERMINAR PELO MENOS PRIMEIRA E SEGUNDA DISTÂNCIAS DE UM DISPOSITIVO A PELO MENOS UMA PRIMEIRA CAMADA E UMA SEGUNDA CAMADA EM UMA FORMAÇçO. Um método para determinar pelo menos primeira e segunda distâncias de um dispositivo a pelo menos uma primeira camada e uma segunda camada em uma formação, por meio de que pelo menos uma da primeira e segunda camadas inclui uma anomalia de indução eletromagnética, o dispositivo incluindo um transmissor para transmitir sinais eletromagnéticos pela formação e um receptor para detectar respostas. No método, um dispositivo é trazido dentro de um furo de poço na formação, um sinal eletromagnético transmitido usando o transmissor, uma de condutividade aparente e resistividade aparente calculada baseado em uma resposta detectada de receptor e monitorada com o tempo. A method for determining at least first and second distances of a device to at least one first layer and a second layer in a formation, whereby at least one of the first and second layers includes an electromagnetic induction anomaly, the device including a transmitter to transmit electromagnetic signals by forming and a receiver to detect responses. In the method, a device is brought into a wellbore in the formation, an electromagnetic signal transmitted using the transmitter, one of apparent conductivity and calculated apparent resistivity based on a detected receiver response and monitored over time. The first and second distances are determined based on observed changes of apparent conductivity and apparent resistivity.
