Abstract
APARELHO PARA SEPARAR UM GáS DE UM LìQUIDO SOB PRESSãO, MéTODO DE JATEAMENTO E MéTODO DE BOMBEAMENTO DE UM FLUIDO DE DUAS FASES CONTENDO UM MGáS E UM LìQUIDO EM UM FURO DE POçO E SEPARAçãO DE FASE GASOSA DA FASE LìQUIDA. Um separador de gás e líquido em combinação e uma ferramenta de jateamento inclui um invólucro (1) que contém um tambor rotativo (2), um estator (6) na extremidade de entrada do invólucro (1) para turbilhonar uma mistura de líquido/ gás, um rotor (9) unido ao tambor (2) para a rotação pela mistura; por meio do qual o gás e o líquido são separados. A gas and liquid separator in combination and a blasting tool include a housing (1) containing a rotating drum (2), a stator (6) at the inlet end of the housing (1) for swirling a liquid / gas mixture. a rotor (9) attached to the drum (2) for rotation by the mixture; whereby gas and liquid are separated. Liquid and gas are discharged through separate restricted holes (28, 32) downstream of the drum. Holes (44, 59) may be positioned in a rotating column (43) for cleaning, cutting and further downhole operations.
