Abstract

APARELHO PARA EXPANDIR UM REVESTIMENTO São providos um aparelho e método para expandir um componente tubular de perfuração de poço tal como um revestimento. O aparelho inclui: um revestimento expansível (101); uma coluna de perfuração (406); um cone de expansão suspenso pela coluna de perfuração, o cone de expansão tendo um estado expandido e um estado colapsado, e em que o cone de expansão (204) é deformável para o estado expandido; um embuchamento de vedação (402) capaz de selar uma coroa anular entre a coluna de perfuração e o revestimento expansível; um caminho de fluxo de expansão para baixo em que comunicação fluídica é provida entre o interior da coluna de perfuração e a coroa anular entre a coluna de perfuração e o revestimento expansível acima do cone de expansão; e um caminho de fluxo de expansão para cima, em que comunicação fluídica é provida entre o interior da coluna de perfuração e o interior do revestimento expansível para expansão para cima do cone de expansão.
