Abstract
Método para a determinação de impurezas em matéria-prima de TRODAT-1. O presente invento descreve uma tecnologia para ensaio de impurezas da matéria-prima de TRODAT-1 por cromatografia líquida de alta resolução em fase reserva (RP-HPLC). O método para o ensaio de impurezas da matéria-prima de TRODAT-1 do presente invento inclui usar cromatografia líquida de alta resolução (HPLC), e espectrometria de massa acoplada a cromatografia líquida (LC-MS/MS), coluna de HPLC, preparação de amostras, reagentes e eluentes, bem como realizar análise de íonos de precursores e de produtos por espectrometria de massa para a validação do método, cálculo de resolução cromatográfica e de impurezas da matéria-prima . O presente invento é o primeiro relato no mundo que provou a existência de oligómeros na matéria-prima de TRODAT-1, bem como é um método analítico através de procedimentos elaborados de validação para quantificar as impurezas (incluindo os oligómeros) em matéria-prima de TRODAT-1.Method for the determination of impurities in TRODAT-1 raw material.
