Abstract

PROCESSO DE PREPARAçãO DE COMPóSITO DE PESO LEVE, COMPóSITO ASSIM PREPARADO, USO E CONCRETO DE PESO LEVE CONTENDO O MESMO é descrito um processo de preparação de compósito de peso leve para uso em concreto leve em substituição a pedra brita, o compósito sendo à base de lodo de estações de tratamento de água, serragem e água, em proporção de 0,5-3,0: 4,0-7,5: 2,7-4,5, o lodo inicialmente misturado com 75% da proporção total de água, depois adicionando o restante de água e a serragem até homogeneização para formar pelotas, as pelotas são secas e revestidas com um hidrofugante e novamente secas, obtendo um compósito com densidade de 550-700 Kg/m¬ 3¬ e propriedades mecânicas próprias para o uso final pretendido. são também descritos o compósito obtido e o uso do mesmo. O concreto de peso leve contém o compósito em proporção 1:1,5-3,0:0,5-2, (cimento:areia:pelotas) e relação água:cimentode0,6a1,2 (em massa), a mistura do compósito ao concreto sendo feita por homogeneização mecânica ou manual à temperatura ambiente.
