Abstract

O destilado médio obtido é de baixa aromaticidade, a nafta craqueada é de alta octanagem,e propeno e eteno são obtidos em proporções superiores áquelas de processos convencionais de FCC com baixa conversão.FCC MEDIUM DISILLED MAXIMIZATION PROCESS AND PARATE An apparatus process for maximizing FCC medium distillates is described, said process comprising cracking a heavy hydrocarbon charge 10 in the presence of catalyst and in the absence of added hydrogen, in an apparatus comprising a first riser 21 operating under low severity conditions, T = 460-520C, producing lighter products separated into a separator 30, and a second high severity riser 23, T = 550-620EC, said riser acting also as catalyst cooler and producing separate products 42 in separator 40, separate catalysts 30 and 40 being directed to a rectifier 43 by a duct 44, and being injected into said riser 23 HCO streams 67e 68 or their lightest fractions, in addition to the light naphtha stream 64. Products 32 and 42 are split into towers 60 and 70 respectively. The coke-coated catalyst is regenerated at 50 ° C. The average distillate obtained is of low aromaticity, cracked naphtha is of high octane, and propene and ethylene are obtained in higher proportions than those of conventional low conversion FCC processes.
