Abstract
FILME PLáSTICO DE ESTRUTURA COMPLEXA PARA EMPREGO NA FABRICAçãO DE EMBALAGEM, onde o filme(F)é obtido através de processo de co-extrusão de filmes tubulares,e prevendo a combinação, em sua estrutura, de -a ) PA (poliamida), com espessura variando de 5 micra a 50 micra; - b ) Adesivos- normalmente á base de PEBD (polietileno de baixa densidade), com espessura variando de 2 micra a 10 micra; - c) PP (polipropileno) - para aplicação na camada mais interna da embalagem e com espessura variando de 5 micra a 50 micra; -d) EVOH (copolímero de etileno e ácool vinílico ) - que atua como barreira ao oxigênio e opera de forma complementar a barreira ao oxigênio oferecida pela poliamida, a referida camada de EVOH tendo espessura que varia de 2 micra a 20 micra; o filme (F) apresenta uma estrutura que compreende cinco camadas de material.PLASTIC FILM OF COMPLEX STRUCTURE FOR USE IN PACKAGING MANUFACTURING, where the film (F) is obtained by co-extrusion process of tubular films, and providing the combination in its structure of -a) PA (polyamide) with thickness ranging from 5 microns to 50 microns; - b) Adhesives - usually based on LDPE (low density polyethylene), with a thickness ranging from 2 microns to 10 microns; - c) PP (polypropylene) - for application to the innermost layer of the package and with a thickness ranging from 5 microns to 50 microns; -d) EVOH (ethylene vinyl alcohol copolymer) - which acts as an oxygen barrier and operates in a complementary manner to the oxygen barrier offered by polyamide, said EVOH layer having a thickness ranging from 2 microns to 20 microns; film (F) has a structure comprising five layers of material.
