Trata-se de sistema que consiste, basicamente em uma série de motores com potências crescentes, sendo cada um deles ligado a um conjunto hidráulico, cada um dos quais, por sua vez, é capaz de acionar geradores seqüencialmente mais potentes, e sendo cada gerador ligado ao motor subseqüente e o primeiro motor ligado à fonte de energia, como uma bateria recarregável. Após atingir-se o funcionamento normal dos componentes do sistema, uma chave possibilita o desligamento do primeiro motor da bateria, conectando-o à energia gerada pelo último conjunto hidráulico."HYDRAULIC ENERGY GENERATION SYSTEM".
