Abstract

Fiber guide channels are known per se and serve for the pneumatic transport of individual fibers that are carded from a feed fiber assembly by means of an opening cylinder that rotates in an opening cylinder housing for a rotor. high-speed spinning in a rotor housing that can be subjected to negative pressure. According to the present invention, the fiber guide channel (13) is configured as a hollow body whose inner diameter decreases in the direction of its hole (26). Said blank is converted into a porous intermediate form by removing the binder, and brought into a final form that requires little finishing by means of a concrete.
