Abstract
"APARELHO PARA DETERMINAR ELETRONICAMENTE SE UM IMPOSTO PARA UM PRODUTO FOI PAGO". Trata-se de um aparelho para determinar eletronicamente se um imposto ou taxa foi pago para o conteúdo daquele recipiente. Uma etiqueta de identificação por radiofreqüência (RFID) (310) é colocada no recipiente (100) que inclui informações indicativas de se o imposto foi pago. A etiqueta RFID inclui um substrato, um circuito transceptor de radiofreqüência montado no substrato e conectado a uma antena tendo um comprimento fixo que também é montada no substrato e, de preferência, uma saliência (318) afixada a ou uma fenda no substrato. The RFID tag includes a substrate, a radiofrequency transceiver circuit mounted on the substrate and connected to an antenna having a fixed length that is also mounted on the substrate and preferably a protrusion (318) affixed to or a slot in the substrate. Preferably, the RFID tag is placed inside the container lid (300) such that when mounted to the container (100), the lid corresponds to a ratchet wheel (240) connected to the container that engages the protrusion or slot such that Removing the lid of the container will cause the substrate to fracture and thereby cause the RFID tag to become permanently disabled.
