Abstract
"PARA CODIFICAçãO DE VìDEO, CODIFICADOR DE VìDEO, MéTODO PARA DECODIFICAR VìDEO, DECODIFICADOR DE VìDEO, E MEIO DE ARMAZENAMENTO". é revelado um algoritmo de codificação escalonável de vídeo. Um método para codificação de vídeo inclui filtrar temporalmente quadros na mesma seqüência para uma sua seqüência de decodificação para remover redundância temporal, obter e quantizar coeficientes de transformação a partir dos quadros cuja redundância temporal é removida, e gerar feixes de bits. Um codificador de vídeo compreende uma unidade de transformação temporal, uma unidade de transformação espacial, uma unidade de quantização e uma unidade de geração de feixe de bits para realizar o método. Um método para decodificação de vídeo é basicamente reverso na seqüência para a codificação de vídeo. Um decodificador de vídeo extrai informação necessária para a decodificação do vídeo mediante interpretar o feixe de bits recebido e decodifica-lo. Desse modo, feixes de vídeo podem ser gerados mediante permitir a um decodificador decodificar os feixes de bits gerados, mantendo ao mesmo tempo a escalonabilidade temporal em um lado codificador.
