Abstract

"MéTODO DE EMBALAGEM DE CASCALHO". Um método e um aparelho para a embalagem de cascalho são descritos onde para ajustar o empacotador; uma esfera é deixada cair a um assento que isole dos efeitos de pressões da formação ao tentar ajustar o empacotador. Isto é realizado pela isolação da saída do porto do bloco do cascalho ao ajustar o empacotador e ao encontrar o assento da esfera em uma posição onde os efeitos da pressão da formação sejam irrelevantes. Adicionalmente, posicionando os portos da evacuação acima de um furo do selo na extensão da tela durante a circulação ou o aperto para depositar o cascalho e promover pór válvulas de verificação nos portos da evacuação, a etapa da evacuação depois que a circulação ou o aperto podem ser realizados sem ter que reposicionar o cruzamento. O cruzamento é suportado do empacotador e o movimento do cruzamento, afastado e para trás à sustentação do empacotador opera uma válvula para permitir espremer quando a válvula é fechada e circulando e invertendo para fora quando a válvula está aberta.
