Abstract

"TAMPãO E MéTODO PARA SEPARAR FLUIDOS SUCESSIVAMENTE INTRODUZIDOS EM UM FURO DE POçO E SISTEMA DE TAMPãO PARA SEPARAR FLUIDOS SUCESSIVAMENTE INTRODUZIDOS EM UMA PASSAGEM". A presente invenção refere-se a tampões, sistemas de tampões e métodos para usar os tampões e sistemas em poços subterrâneos. Os tampões compreendem um mandril interno e uma luva externa formada de uma espuma compressível. Os sistemas de tampão incluem um conjunto compreendendo um tampão de topo e um tampão de fundo te do luvas de espuma externas. Os sistemas de tampão compreendem ainda uma válvula flutuante na qual o conjunto é ajustado. No método, o tampão de fundo é empregado à frente do tampão de topo para separar um segundo fluido de um primeiro fluido e limpar o interior da coluna de tubulação do primeiro fluido. O tampão de topo é usado para limpar o interior da coluna de tubulação do segundo fluido e interromper o deslocamento do segundo fluido no ânulo entre a coluna de revestimento e o furo de poço.
