Abstract
"SEQüêNCIAS DE NUCLEOTìDEOS ISOLADOS RESPONSáVEIS PELOS FENóTIPOS (hp-1 e hp-1¬ w¬) MUTANTES DE ALTA PIGMENTAçãO 1 NO TOMATE, E MéTODO PARA DETECTAR A PRESENçA DA MUTAçãO HP-1 EM UMA PLANTA". A presente invenção provê uma seqüência de nucleotídeos isolados responsáveis pelos fenótipos (hp-1) mutantes de alta pigmentação 1 e alta pigmentação 1¬ w¬ (hp-1¬ w¬), onde as referidas seqüências compreendem uma seqüência ou um fragmento de gene DDB1 alterado na mesma, na qual a referida alteração na citada seqüência ou no fragmento alterado compreende uma transversão de A-a-T no nucleotídeo 931 da referida seqüência de gene DDB1 no caso de um hp-1 e uma transição de G-a-T no nucleotídeo 2392 da referida seqüência de gene DDB1 no caso de hp-1¬ w¬.
