Relatório Descritivo da Patente de Invenção para "AGENTES
AQUOSOS OU AQUOSO-ALCOÓLICOS PARA TINGIMENTO DE FIBRAS
DE QUERATINA, PROCESSOS PARA TINGIMENTO DE FIBRAS DE QUERATINA E USO DOS REFERIDOS AGENTES". A presente invenção se refere a composições para tingimento de fibras queratínicas, particularmente, cabelos humanos, na base de uma combi- nação de substância reveladora-substância de conjugação, bem como corantes de absorção direta, que possibilitam um tingimento da fibra sem adição de um agente de oxidação, tingimentos estáveis (comparáveis à durabilidade de tintas semipermanentes), sendo que, simultaneamente, ocorre uma baixa danificação da fibra (comparável a tintas para cabelo temporárias).
No setor do tingimento de fibras de queratina, particularmente do tingimento de cabelo, os corantes de oxidação atingiram uma importância considerável. O tingimento, nesse caso, dá-se por reação de determinadas substâncias reveladoras com determinadas substâncias de conjugação, na presença de um agente de oxidação apropriado. Para aplicações ainda mais suaves, existe, no entanto, uma necessidade de agentes de tingimento, que na presença de oxigênio do ar produzem tingimentos estáveis, também sem adição de agentes de oxidação.
Do documento EP 1 166 748 A2 é conhecido que a combinação de corantes de oxidação ou, opcionalmente, de absorção direta, sem adição de agentes de oxidação químicos, pode encontrar aplicação para tingimento dos cabelos; resultados de coloração constantes (isto é, uma coloração inal- terada, diretamente depois da aplicação, como também dias ou semanas mais tarde), não é possível com os agentes ali descritos. É, portanto, tarefa da presente invenção pôr à disposição um agen- te, que na oxidação pelo ar não revela a cor apenas depois de vários dias, mas possibilita um tingimento uniforme imediatamente depois da aplicação, que por um período de até 20 lavagens de cabelo permanece longamente constante.
Surpreendentemente, foi descoberto agora que pelo uso de uma combinação especial de corantes de oxidação e corantes de absorção dire- ta, na qual estão contidos pelo menos 3 corantes de absorção direta, e a relação quantitativa de corantes de oxidação para corantes de absorção di- reta é igual a 5:1 a 0,5:1, são obtidos resultados de coloração brilhantes, que se distinguem por um brilho natural e um tingimento uniforme de longa dura- ção, sem alteração de cor da cor original. Os cabelos são tingidos de modo muito suave pelo agente de acordo com a invenção (comparável aos agen- tes tonalizantes, facilmente removíveis por lavagem, usualmente utilizados) e praticamente não são danificados. Com o objeto de acordo com a inven- ção é obtida uma coloração constante, que dura por um período de até 20 lavagens de cabelo da fibra tingida. É, portanto, um objeto da invenção um agente para tingimento de fibras de queratina, particularmente, cabelos, que está livre de agentes de oxidação químicos e está caracterizado pelo fato de que ele se apresenta na forma de uma preparação aquosa ou aquosa-alcoólica e contém uma com- binação de corantes de oxidação (substâncias reveladoras, substâncias de conjugação) e corantes de absorção direta, e a relação quantitativa de co- rantes de oxidação para corantes de absorção direta é igual a 5:1 a 0,5:1.

(iii) Compostos que se conjugam consigo mesmos: 2-amino-5-metilfenol, 2-amino-6-metilfenol, 2-amino-5-etoxifenol ou 2-propil- amino-5-aminopiridina.
Entre os corantes de oxidação citados acima são particuiarmen- te preferidos os seguintes compostos, sozinhos ou em combinação entre si: 2.5- diamino-tolueno, 2,4-diaminofenoxietanol, resorcina, 2-metilresorcina, m- aminofenol, 4-amino-3-meti!-fenol, 4-amino-2-hidróxi-tolueno, 6-amino-3- metil-fenol, 2-amino-4-hidroxietilaminoanisol, 1-naftol, hidroxieti!-3,4-metilen- dioxianilina, 2,5-diamino-feniletanol, N,N-bis(2-hidroxietil)-p-fenilendiamina, fenil-metil-pirazolona, 1-hidroxietil-4,5-diamino-pirazol e 2-amino-6-cioro-4- nitro-fenol ou sais dos mesmos. A quantidade total dos precursores de corantes de oxidação con- tida nos agentes de acordo com a invenção importa em aproximadamente 0,01 a 12 % em peso, particularmente, aproximadamente 0,1 a 7 % em pe- so. Corantes particularmente preferidos estão relacionados na Tabela 1.
Como corantes de absorção direta podem ser usados todos os corantes de absorção direta usuais, naturais e/ou sintéticos, por exemplo, os chamados corantes de plantas, tal como hena ou índigo, corantes de trife- nilmetano, corantes nitro aromáticos, corantes azo, corantes de quinona, corantes catiônicos ou aniônicos.

A quantidade total dos corantes de absorção direta no agente de acordo com a invenção importa em aproximadamente 0,01 a 7 % em peso, preferivelmente, aproximadamente 0,2 a 4 % em peso. Corantes particular- mente preferidos são apresentados na Tabela 1.
Outros corantes conhecidos e usuais para uso em agentes de tingimento de cabelo, que podem estar contidos nos agentes de tingimento de acordo com a invenção, estão descritos, entre outros, em E. Janistyn, "Handbuch der Kosmetika unmd Riechstoffe", Band 3 (1973), páginas 388 ss. e K. Schrader "Grundlagen und Rezepturen der Kosmetika", 2. Auflage (1989), páginas 782-815, aos quais é feita referência expressa pelo presente.
Além disso, podem estar contidos no agente de acordo com a invenção antioxidantes, tais como, por exemplo, ácido ascórbico, ácido tio- gíicólico ou sulfito de sódio, bem como formadores de complexo para metais pesados, por exemplo, tetraacetato de etilenodiamino ou ácido nitriloacético, em uma quantidade de até aproximadamente 0,5 % em peso. Essências de perfume podem estar contidas na massa carreadora de corante em uma quantidade de até aproximadamente 1 % em peso. Naturalmente, o agente de tingimento descrito acima opcionalmente pode conter outros aditivos, u- suais para agentes de tingimento de cabelo, tais como, por exemplo, espes- santes, por exemplo, homopolímeros do ácido acrílico, gomas vegetais, deri- vados de celulose e amido, polissacarídeos de algas, espessantes associati- vos anfífilos, além disso, conservantes; formadores de complexo; solventes, tais como água, álcoois alifáticos baixos, por exemplo, álcoois alifáticos com 1 a 4 átomos de carbono, tais como etanol, propanol e isopropanol, ou gli- cóis, tais como glicerina e 1,2-propilenoglicol; reticuladores ou emulsificantes das classes dos tensoativos aniônicos, catiônicos, anfotéricos ou não- ionógenos; além disso, plastificantes; vaselina; óleos de silicone, óleo de parafina, polissorbatos e ácidos graxos, bem como, além disso, substâncias de tratamento, tais como polímeros catiônicos ou resinas, derivados de lano- lina, colesterol, vitaminas, ácido pantotênico e betaína. Os componentes ci- tados são usados nas quantidades usuais para essas finalidades, por exem- plo, os reticuladores e emulsificantes, em concentrações de 0,1 a 30 % em peso, e as substâncias de tratamento, em uma concentração de 0,1 a 5,0 % em peso. O valor de pH do agente de tingimento de acordo com a inven- ção situa-se no âmbito de 5 a 11, preferivelmente, 7 a 9.
Dependendo da composição e do valor de pH desejado do agen- te de tingimento, o ajuste do valor de pH dá-se, preferivelmente, com aminas orgânicas, tal como, por exemplo, glucaminas, aminometilpropanol, monoe- tanolamina ou trietanolamina, mas também podem encontrar aplicação a- moníaco ou bases inorgânicas, por exemplo, hidroxido de sódio, hidroxido de potássio, carbonato de sódio ou hidroxido de cálcio, ou ácidos orgânicos ou inorgânicos, tais como, por exemplo, ácido láctico, ácido cítrico, ácido acético ou ácido fosfórico. O agente de acordo com a invenção é aplicado sobre a fibra se- ca ou previamente lavada e, depois de um tempo de ação de 5 a 60 minutos, preferivelmente, depois de 10 a 45 minutos, é enxaguado com água e, op- cionalmente, lavado com um xampu. A fibra de queratina pode ser opcio- nalmente tratada adicionalmente de modo usual e secada.
Um outro objeto é o uso de uma preparação aquosa ou aquosa- alcoólica, que contém uma combinação de corantes de oxidação e corantes de absorção direta, sendo que estão contidos pelo menos 3 corantes de ab- sorção direta e a relação quantitativa de corantes de oxidação para corantes de absorção direta é igual a 5:1 a 0,5:1, para produção de um agente para tingimento de fibras de queratina, que está livre de agentes de oxidação químicos e na oxidação ao ar (isto é, sem adição de agentes de oxidação químicos), produz um tingimento uniforme e estável, imediatamente depois da aplicação.

A espuma de aerossol é aplicada sobre os ca- belos secados e após um tempo de ação de 20 minutos, enxaguada com água. O cabelo é depois secado. É obtido um tingimento castanho- avermelhado, brilhante.

Exemplo 4: Agente de tingimento de oxidação a ar líquido 2,50 g ácido oléico 2.00 g álcool cetearílico 4.00 g undeceth-3 5.00 g etanol 2,50 g aminometilpropanol 0,43 g 2,5-diamino-tolueno-sulfato 0,47 g resorcina 0,31 g 2-metil-resorcina 1,59 g 4-amino-3-metil-fenol 1.01 g 5-amino-2-metil-feno!

Blue No. 2) 0,30 g 3-{4-amino-2-cloro-5-nitrofenil)amino-1,2-propandiol (HC Red No. 10+11) 0,20 g 2-amino-6-cloro-4-nitro-fenol ad 100,00 g água O agente de tingimento é aplicado sobre os cabelos secos e, depois de um tempo de ação de 20 minutos, enxaguado com água. Claims (8)
1. Agente aquoso ou aquoso-alcoólico para tingimento de fibras de queratina, caracterizado pelo fato de que compreende uma combinação de corantes de oxidação e pelo menos 3 corantes de absorção direta; em que os corantes de oxidação são selecionados do grupo que consiste de 2,5-diamino-tolueno, 2,4-diamino-fenoxietanol, resorcina, 2- metilresorcina, m-aminofenol, 4-amino-3-metil-fenol, 4-amino-2-hidróxi- tolueno, 6-amino-3-metil-fenol, 2-amino-4-hidroxietilaminoanisol, 1-naftol, hidroxietil-3,4-metilendioxianilina, 2,5-diamino-feniletanol, N,N-bis(2- hidroxietil)-p-fenilendiamina, fenil-metil-pirazolona, 1 -hidroxietil-4,5-diamino- pirazol e 2-amino-6-cloro-4-nitro-fenol e sais dos mesmos; e em que os ditos pelo menos três corantes de absorção direta são selecionados do grupo que consiste de hidroxietil-2-nitro-p-toluidina, áci- do 2-hidroxietil picrâmico, 4-nitrofenil-aminouréia, Basic Violet 2, Disperse Violet 1, HC Blue No. 2, HC Blue No. 12, HC Red No. 13, HC Yellow No. 6, HC Red No. 3, 4-amino-3-nitrofenol, 4-[(2-hidroxietil)-amino]-3-nitrofenol, HC Red No. 10, HC Red No. 11, 2-cloro-6-etilamino-4-nitrofenol, 2-amino-6- cloro-4-nitrofenol, HC Yellow No. 13, Basic Blue No. 99, Basic Brown No. 16, Basic Brown No. 17, Basic Red No. 76, Basic Yellow No. 57 e 2,6-diamino-3- [(piridin-3-il)azo]-piridina, e sais dos mesmos; e em que uma relação quantitativa dos ditos corantes de oxidação para os ditos corantes de absorção direta de 5:1 a 0,5:1 e a dita preparação contendo corante está livre de agentes de oxidação químicos.
2. Agente de acordo com a reivindicação 1, caracterizado pelo fato de que ainda compreende pelo menos um álcool selecionado do grupo consistindo de etanol, isopropanol, n-propanol, glicerol, e 1,2-polietileno gli- col.
3. Agente de acordo com a reivindicação 1, caracterizado pelo fato de que consiste de um corante de cabelo.
4. Processo para tingimento de fibras de queratina, caracteriza- do pelo fato de que compreende as etapas de: (a) fornecer uma preparação aquosa-alcoólica contendo corante, a dita preparação contendo corante compreendendo uma combinação de corantes de oxidação e pelo menos três corantes de absorção direta; em que uma relação quantitativa dos ditos corantes de oxidação para os ditos corantes de absorção direta é de 5:1 a 0,5:1 e a dita preparação contendo corante está livre de agentes de oxidação químicos; (b) aplicar a dita preparação como definida na etapa (a) as fibras de queratina; (c) após a aplicação como definida na etapa (b), permitir que a dita preparação aja nas fibras de queratina por um tempo de exposição de cerca de 5 a 60 minutos; e (d) após o tempo de exposição como definido na etapa (c), en- xaguar a dita preparação das fibras de queratina com água e após secar as fibras de queratina; em que o dito processo é executado sem a adição de qualquer dos ditos oxidantes químicos; em que os ditos corantes de oxidação são selecionados do gru- po consistindo de 2,5-diamino-tolueno, 2,4-diamino-fenoxietanol, resorcina, 2-metilresorcina, m-aminofenol, 4-amino-3-metil-fenol, 4-amino-2-hidróxi- tolueno, 6-amino-3-metil-fenol, 2-amino-4-hidroxietilaminoanisol, 1-naftol, hidroxietil-3,4-metilendioxianilina, 2,5-diamino-feniletanol, N,N-bis(2- hidroxietil)-p-fenilendiamina, fenil-metil-pirazolona, 1 -hidroxietil-4,5-diamino- pirazol e sais dos mesmos; e em que os ditos pelos menos três corantes de absorção direta são selecionados do grupo consistindo de hidroxietil-2-nitro-p-toluidina, ácido 2-hidroxietil picrâmico, 4-nitrofenil-aminouréia, Basic Violet 2, Disperse Violet 1, HC Blue No. 2, HC Blue No. 12, HC Red No. 13, HC Yellow No. 6, HC Red No. 3, 4-amino-3-nitrofenol, 4-[(2-hidroxietil)-amino]-3-nitrofenol, HC Red No. 10, HC Red No. 11, 2-cloro-6-etilamino-4-nitrofenol, 2-amino-6- cloro-4-nitrofenol, HC Yellow No. 13, Basic Blue No. 99, Basic Brown No. 16, Basic Brown No. 17, Basic Red No. 76, Basic Yellow No. 57 e 2,6-diamino-3- [(piridin-3-il)azo]-piridina, e sais dos mesmos.
5. Processo de acordo com a reivindicação 4, caracterizado pelo fato de que ainda compreende lavar as fibras de queratina com xampu e de- pois enxaguar com água antes das fibras de queratinas serem secas.
6. Processo de acordo com a reivindicação 4, caracterizado pelo fato de que a oxidação ao ar dos ditos corantes de oxidação ocorre enquan- to a dita preparação aquosa-alcoólica contendo corante age nas fibras de queratina.
7. Processo de acordo com a reivindicação 4, caracterizado pelo fato de que as ditas fibras de queratina consistem de cabelo.
8. Uso de uma preparação aquosa ou aquosa-alcoólica que con- tém uma combinação de corantes de oxidação e corantes de absorção dire- ta, sendo que estão contidos pelo menos 3 corantes de absorção direta e a relação quantitativa de corantes de oxidação para corantes de absorção di- reta é igual a 5:1 a 0,5:1, caracterizado pelo fato de que é para produção de um agente para tingimento de fibras de queratina que está livre de agentes de oxidação e na oxidação ao ar produz um tingimento uniforme e estável, imediatamente depois da aplicação, em que os corantes de oxidação são selecionados do grupo que consiste de 2,5-diamino-tolueno, 2,4-diamino-fenoxietanol, resorcina, 2- metilresorcina, m-aminofenol, 4-amino-3-metil-fenol, 4-amino-2-hidróxi- tolueno, 6-amino-3-metil-fenol, 2-amino-4-hidroxietilaminoanisol, 1-naftol, hidroxietil-3,4-metilendioxianilina, 2,5-diamino-feniletanol, N,N-bis(2- hidroxietil)-p-fenilendiamina, fenil-metil-pirazolona, 1 -hidroxietil-4,5-diamino- pirazol e 2-amino-6-cloro-4-nitro-fenol e sais dos mesmos; e em que os ditos pelo menos três corantes de absorção direta são selecionados do grupo que consiste de hidroxietil-2-nitro-p-toluidina, áci- do 2-hidroxietil picrâmico, 4-nitrofenil-aminouréia, Basic Violet 2, Disperse Violet 1, HC Blue No. 2, HC Blue No. 12, HC Red No. 13, HC Yellow No. 6, HC Red No. 3, 4-amino-3-nitrofenol, 4-[(2-hidroxietil)-amino]-3-nitrofenol, HC Red No. 10, HC Red No. 11, 2-cloro-6-etilamino-4-nitrofenol, 2-amino-6- cloro-4-nitrofenol, HC Yellow No. 13, Basic Blue No. 99, Basic Brown No. 16, Basic Brown No. 17, Basic Red No. 76, Basic Yellow No. 57 e 2,6-diamino-3- [(piridin-3-il)azo]-piridina, e sais dos mesmos.
