Abstract
"CONTROLADOR DE POTêNCIA E APARELHO ELéTRICO" Um controlador de potência (10) inclui um controlador (11) e um circuito de disparo (12). Quando a tensão de uma fonte de alimentação recebida nos terminais T1 excede um valor limiar, por exemplo 120 RMS, diodos Zener inversamente conectados Z1 a Z3 conduzem e ativam um transistor Q1. Isto resulta em um transistor Q2 ser desativado e um relé normalmente aberto SW1 permanecer aberto. O ângulo de fase de comutação ou disparo de um triac THY1 assim é determinado pela velocidade à qual um capacitor C4 é carregado a uma tensão de disparo por corrente passando através de resistores R6, R7, R8 e VR1. Nesta situação, o ângulo de fase de disparo é tal que uma fonte de alimentação de entrada de 24OV CA fornece uma saída efetiva de 110V CA nos terminais T3 quando VR1 está a um máximo ajuste de potência (zero Ohm). Quando a tensão da fonte de alimentação recebida é inferior ao valor limiar, o transistor Q1 é desativado e o relé SW1 é ativado. Isto ultrapassa o resistor R6 e causa o ângulo de fase de comutação ou disparo a adotar um valor de cerca de zero graus a adotar um valor de cerca de zero graus quando VR1 está a um ajuste de potência máxima, de tal modo que a tensão dos terminais da fonte de alimentação de saída T3 é substancialmente a mesma daquela recebida nos terminais T1.
