"MéTODO E SISTEMA PARA IMPEDIR CóPIA DE INFORMAçãO DIGITAL". é provido um método para impedir cópia de informação digital incluindo as etapas de: (a) prover um sistema (10) incluindo pelo menos um provedor de conteúdo (40), pelo menos um consumidor tendo um ou mais dispositivos (50) para reproduzir informação digital, um primeiro arranjo de distribuição (30) para distribuir cópias autorizadas de dita informação digital de dito pelo menos um provedor de conteúdo (40) para dito pelo menos um consumidor, e um segundo arranjo de distribuição (20) suscetível a distribuir cópias não autorizadas de dita informação digital de dito pelo menos um provedor de conteúdo (40) para dito pelo menos um consumidor; (b) arranjar para dito pelo menos um provedor de conteúdo (40) ser suscetível a prover cópias autorizadas de dita informação digital para dito pelo menos um cliente pelo primeiro arranjo de distribuição (30); (c) arranjar para distribuição pelo segundo arranjo de distribuição (20) de cópias de dita informação digital de dito pelo menos um provedor de conteúdo (40), em que pelo menos uma porção de dita informação digital está com marca d<39>água; e (d) arranjar para dito um ou mais dispositivos (50) incluirem um arranjo de detecção de marca d<39>água (65, 70) operável para identificar a informação digital apresentada a ele que estava com marca d<39>água, dito arranjo de detecção (65, 70) sendo suscetível a impedir reprodução da informação digital que está com marca d<39>água. O segundo arranjo de distribuição (20) é por exemplo a <39>Darknet<39>.
