Abstract
"PROCESSO NãO-CATALìTICO NãO-GERADOR DE SUBPRODUTOS PARA PRODUçãO DE COMBUSTìVEL BIODIESEL". A presente invenção refere-se a um processo para produção de combustível biodiesel a partir de óleos e gorduras vegetais ou animais ou resíduos dos mesmos e metanol, que não utiliza um catalisador, e não gera glicerina como um subproduto. Nesse processo, óleos e gorduras vegetais ou animais ou resíduos dos mesmos, são misturados com metanol, e a reação de metanólise é realizada a uma temperatura reacional de entre 370<198>C e 500<198>C, a pressão de reação dentre 20 MPa e 60 MPa, e o período de reação dentre 4 minutos e 12 minutos, sem a utilização de um catalisador. Essa invenção também fornece um combustível biodiesel que é principalmente composto de ésteres metílicos de ácido graxo, monoacil glicerol e diacil glicerol."NON-CATALYTIC PROCESS NON-GENERATING BY-PRODUCTS FOR BIODIESEL FUEL PRODUCTION". The present invention relates to a process for producing biodiesel fuel from vegetable or animal oils and fats or residues thereof and methanol, which does not use a catalyst, and does not generate glycerine as a byproduct. In this process, vegetable or animal oils and fats or residues thereof are mixed with methanol, and the methanolysis reaction is carried out at a reaction temperature between 370 <198> C and 500 <198> C, the reaction pressure within 20 MPa and 60 MPa, and the reaction period between 4 minutes and 12 minutes without the use of a catalyst. This invention also provides a biodiesel fuel that is primarily composed of fatty acid methyl esters, monoacyl glycerol and diacyl glycerol.
